I am experiencing the same issue as of 2.0.15 (Beta).
When attempting to integrate with the PlayStation Network, I receive the following error:

A connection to the server could not be established.

Same here, same error message as lexa000 (previous post )
Encountering this issue with latest version of GOG Galaxy 2.0.15, error message as follows:

"A connection to the server could not be established.
(18.a4a3c017.1589028994.243d13a2)"

I'm in the UK, checked my internet connection and availability of PSN services, all fine. I have two-factor authentication active on my PSN account.
Same issue here, the error is identical as the one above. The topic is NOT solved.
I've been having this same problem for over a week. Still unsolved as of this post. How do we change it back to UNSOLVED?
This is not solved...
Exact same error here. Just posting to make sure the issue is still flagged, error message below is seen upon a log in attempt:

A connection to the server could not be established.
(18.db77568.1589062165.1721b00a)
Maybe check with the person who created the plugin? GOG doesn't maintain the plugins.
The problem is not solved, the message I get is:

A connection to the server could not be established.
(18.f841402.1589096597.344bf43c)
I have the same problem. I get this error code: 18.899b7b5c.1589108117.2a8783c7
Issue NOT solved.
not solved:

A connection to the server could not be established.

Deleting the PSN Plugin-Folder X:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\GOG.com\Galaxy\plugins\installed\psn_38087aea-3c30-439f-867d-ddf9fae8fe6f (your folder name might be different) and thereby forcing gog galxy to download and install the plugin again and logging in afterwards fixed it for me. At least for the moment
