It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Same here.
Definitely not solved.
It worked for me today, after trying over and over in the last few days. So if you're really keen on syncing your libraries i suggest you keep trying for a few days everytime you start your pc. Obviously the fact that this feature doesn't realiably work holds GOG GALAXY 2.0 back from being the best platform out there to keep track of one's entire collection. Hopefully it will be adressed soon.

DeusExMachina.630: Deleting the PSN Plugin-Folder X:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\GOG.com\Galaxy\plugins\installed\psn_38087aea-3c30-439f-867d-ddf9fae8fe6f (your folder name might be different) and thereby forcing gog galxy to download and install the plugin again and logging in afterwards fixed it for me. At least for the moment
This solved it for me
not for me sadly, same error :(
Same here, been getting it for ages now. Connection time out issue.
Again. Check with the plugin developer.

why wouldn't it be gog's job, seeing as how they are the ones who chose to use this for their program, or am i missing something?

legit question here. i don't understand this answer. are people picking this plugin over the official one provided by gog?

https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023617474-GOG-GALAXY-2-0-Licence-Agreement?product=gog

Under Section 5. It's a 3rd party-plugin. It's described on the download page as a "Community Platform Integration". Feedback on the online forums is essentially absent unless it's from other users. As far as I know, the best place to get answers for the various plugins is from the developer of the plugins.
The issue is still there. The issue is partially in the PSN integration, because it seems to be triggered by the internal browser of GOG.

Either the creator of the integration will find a workaround or we need to wait for an update in the internal browser of GOG (the author of the integration already submitted a request to GOG).
"The connection to the server timed out."

The SAME problem PERSISTS here.
I already deleted the plugins folder but it didn't solve.
PLEASE, WHERE IS THE SUPPORT OF GOG to answer that?

Yeah, as Zylox says it's not a feature currently implemented in gog Galaxy 2.0 but is available from a third party plugin. If it had been implemented fully then I'd expect them to fix it, but that's some way off yet.

They currently only have integration for Xbox Live and gog as 100% live and working within the platform. Anything else is simply something a third party developer has put together using the existing framework to point at the relevant servers to pull the information. If any part of that stops working then it is either the third party developer needs to fix it or gog have changed their settings due to them working on adding these features as standard eventually.

I had this plugin working for a really long time, just random disconnects but always able to reconnect. A few weeks ago I had to reinstall windows and therefor GoG and faced the same issue as described here. I tried everything from removing the folder, reinstalling GoG and just keep trying over and over and it just didn't work.

I found a workaround for the issue now which I hope will help others as well. I got it to work after enabling two-factor authentication on my PSN account. After the reCAPTCHA where it would normally show the timeout, I'd get the please fill in the code from your phone and after that, boom connected. Hope this helps others.

Guys, today it suddenly logged-in to me. Didn't try in a week or so, did not try to change anything, just gave it a try today and worked instantly.
Very good! But why? Sony fixed maybe? :D

Well I still have the Timeout error and I deleted the Plugin twice and two Factor also didn't help.
