Master of Orion 1+2. My copy wasn't working with modern windows and I needed my Moo fix.

While I was at it, I also got MDK, Temple of Elemental Evil and Vampire The Masquerade: Redemption (only to find out later that the game I vaguely recalled from previews was in fact Bloodlines, but that's another story).

Then, I saw the first weekend promo, discovered there was a promo every weekend and have paid full price for about a handful of titles since.
