It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

After Opera, Firefox. Definitely, bloody Google wants me out from the webz...
When I updated and saw how it looked after restarting, I actually exclaimed, no(ooo∞)! Preferred the old design. Particularly those weirdly tall and vainly rounded tabs now, ugly.
Ooooooh, it's optimized for touch devices. Shiny.

Only my fucking PC isn't a fucking touch device, you blithering idiots!
Looks shit.

On the upside though, it does seem to be running a lot faster than before.

Touchs screen devices are considered to be the holy grail. Except, they are not. Especially when it comes to desktop PC's. Meanwhile, it looks like we'll have to find homemade alternatives, as the companies think that the whole planet likes smartphones ( nope i don't own one and i do not want one ), tablets and touch screen display ( don't own either of those and i don't even upgraded to Win 8.1 Update 1, stil on Win7 and happy with it).

Now, let the hunt for alternate browsers begin.
Suddenly, gradients.

Yep, i hate the new look of Firefox too. *blech*
It's all the same to me, how do people even notice this stuff.

Also, just found the menu button- I like it.

doccarnby: Firefox updated. It redesigned the layout and shit. It has a menu button. I don't like menu buttons, especially when I can, you know, do everything it lets me do without opening the menu. In previous versions you could get a plugin that would let you move the menu button. I moved it to a hidden menu so it wouldn't be there taking up space and looking annoying. This new one lets you customise all the bars and shit. Everything except the menu button.

Also it now looks like a poor Chrome rip-off. What the fuck.
I updated yesterday and I am not pleased with the new look. Like you said, now it looks like a Chrome wannabe poser. *flings poo at Firefox*

Someone please explain this to me: why in these days program update = mandatory layout change? Wtf just fix the bugs, improve memory usage and maybe then, add some optional features!

I'll stick to FF26 for now.. : (

Maybe it didn't update yet?! You can check by going to the help tab, click about and see what version do you have. I seriously hope that you do not have auto-update one and you choose to stay on Firefox 28.

Did comparison screens for y'all. Seems all it really did was clear up more space for my tabs, which... I won't complain about. Also, one of my tabs is porn. Guess where.

Edit: Big fat zoom buttons! Finally!
EditEdit: All right, this is gonna work way better with touch controls. Awesome.

Because that way, any given older application would get stuck in whatever year it was first conceived.

I just rolled back to 28 myself. I tried to give the new look a try, it's just not for me. :)

Those unhappy with the continuous interface changes in Firefox (usually for the worse) may want to check out Pale Moon. It's a fork of Firefox that's optimized for performance and that hasn't felt the need to screw around with the interface every other release. Also incredibly easy to migrate your entire Firefox profile (including extensions).
