It's funny to see that many metal music listeners think that they are cool when they are listening heavy , they think they are more manly or something. Some of those even have guts to tell others that music made with computers isn't real music, well let me tell you man with longhair screaming into mic isin't either so there you go.

I like to listen music that relaxes my mind, yes there is good rap music out there, but i also listen drum'n'bass, jazz, house and soul.

Fair enough. But did you consider the fact, that people are different and find relaxation in different things? And that people have different tastes, not only in music? Some people might relax listening to metal, maybe even find comfort in it. Speaking for myself, whenever I'm doing vacuuming, an activity I HATE, I like to listen to metal at the same time. Or whenever I'm getting ready for a party. The energy and diversity of the genre is the two greatest things I love about it.

People enjoy different things, learn to respect that. I don't like rap at all, but I don't have the need to convert people to listen something other than rap, or flame rap altogether (hell, even rap has its moments from time to time). If you show up here, yelling "Hurrdurrr metal is stupid and everyone who listens to it is a faggot nerd", you just make yourself look like a close-minded bigot.

HA I bet you listened to something like "Death Metal" or "Black Metal". Go look up the term "Heavy Metal" then come back with your actual opinion :P

No, you're a troll because you turn your own opinion into a generalization, a kind of "absolute truth".

If you say "I don't like metal, I find it stupid and boring, blah blah blah", perfect: you voice your opinion, something you are totally free to do here. Whether it's interesting is another debate, of course. ^_^

But no, like millions of people out there, you think it's perfectly fine to say "it's" instead of "I think". Can you see the difference? If not, you might consider to go back to some classbooks...
