shadesofdeath320: To be honest, I played the hell out of Oblivion before I realized that it was pretty hollow, so even if the game is not what I expect it will still give me several 10's of hours of enjoyment, and this time I went with the PC version so I have no doubt mods will come to the rescue anyway.

In either case, I know that being a Bethesda release I can count on it being relatively bug free on day 1. (Pause for laughter) Anyone? Anyone? nope...

Gibush: Was Oblivion really buggy on day one? I know Morrowind and Daggerfall were, but didn't hear much about Oblivion. I played it on an Xbox with no access to updates, too. Don't know if that counts.
Not terribly so, but as other people mentioned, they have a tendency to to give birth to a game prematurely. Oh, and I thought you did get updates on the 360. I sort of recall booting up a game and having it download some files for certain games. It's been a while, though.
Will Skyrim worth the $18.34 ?
I'll get flamed, but the series started to go downhill at morrowind

The exact number confuses me a bit. I guess a game with such lore and atmosphere representation should be worth at least that amount. To be sure, if in doubt, wait for a review from a person you can trust and has a similar taste in games. I myself have finished and enjoyed every TES and Fallout that came from Bethesda so I have every confidence in them that they can at least deliver something enjoyable, if not ecstatic.
For games like this i useually go for the CE but after seeing the price was like no way . Oblivion had some nice stuff like the coin and book and extra dvd and did not break the bank.

Skyrim i think they saw how much star wars KOTOR collection box was saw it was selling and thought yeah we can do that too but with less stuff in it.

No, I meant, we just got "high speed" internet in 2011, but we had a 360 before that. You can't connect to Xbox Live with dial-up.

Yeah, I just misread is all. Looking at your post it is actually pretty clear. This is why I sometimes screw myself on exams.
I will not support Bethesda and Steam .

Rage isn't available as a digital download version in these countries : Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic .

I bet they will do the same with Skyrim .

That's so confusingly specific I don't really know what's happening. So all of "eastern" europe sans the balkans? Will there be any localised versions there?
