I didn't care about the commercial for the most part.

Some of the people who tweeted comments bitching about the misuse of English had a metric buttload of spelling AND grammar mistakes. Sometimes you really have to love irony.

I absolutely adore all the misspellings - like these people actually know the English language they are professing to "protect" ;-p

Oh and might I remind everyone that the US did have an indigenous population before everyone and his brother from all over the world showed up here... sheesh, talk about complete and utter idiocy!

Seriously, just lookup online about the "Manif pour tous" movement: a fascinating mash-up of bigots against gay rights, against abortion, against social evolution and of plain facists and racists. Who could have said just 5 years ago that in 2014, in Paris, you'll hear people openly shouting, in the streets, "Jews go away!" ??? Excuse me, it is already 1933 all over again??

So, I realize that I've lost the right to criticize any other country...

Oh good grief. That was horrifying. Not the commercial, but the responses. The responses in English that were grammatically incorrect was hilerious however.

Heh heh heh. Stupid people trying to eloquently demonstrate their point while lacking the requisite skill to succeed always make me smile. It's almost enough to make up for the disgustingly racist component of the whole shebang.

lol the comments made my day, i thought religion breed stupid hypocrites, didnt know coca cola does too, ALL hail Coca cola god, will quench you thirst if nothing else. Also hail american english who the hell wants to add another letter in color.

For me the commercial wasn't a big issue. I mean the song wasn't the national anthem (which should always be sung in english, even if it's bad english).
