I live and I'm in for Summoner!! Thanks to everyone who's contributing!
As usual, +1 for this great GA.

1) I Live!

2) Silent Service 1+2

3) Well, something nice about GOG... They are the kind of gaming company the people of the world deserves.

Yeah, I know, I'm not that creative at all.
This is rapidly turning into a reverse-giveaway. What is mean is that games are coming in faster than than people are asking for them. We now have three more titles on offer!

I've received a copy of Rise of the Triad: Dark War from john_hatcher, and copies of Thief Gold and Thief 3: Deadly Shadows from the veteran giftmeister samlii. Please thank them and our other gracious gifters who have brought the bounty up to fourteen fantastic games!

I Live!

I'm in for Summoner

I'm not very creative, then I will say I started using GOG especially because of the old games and already prepared to run in modern PCs, different from many other services where if you buy a old game isn't guaranteed it will run.

IAmSinistar: I bet the games would go quick if I put them up Insomnia-free-game style. Well, they would if Atlas Gogbear doesn't show up. :)
The Atlas Gogbear actually worked in my favour in a couple of cases during that sale ;-P

Yes, but you are tenacious and detail-oriented enough to exploit such things. Most of us seem to operate at "high-functioning somnambulist" levels here. ;)

Hmm, that "exploit" kinda colours me pretty badly - why you want to hurt my feelings? :(

No tenacity or detail-orientation could be of any sort of help or use during that sale, and I assure you there was zero exploitation on my part; just the regular Atlas Bear encounters (which I actually found pretty amusing), a couple of which ended up as pleasant surprises.
Not in. Just wanna say THANKS! to Sinistar and all other donors :D

Rooting rocks! :D
"I Live!"
I'm in for Thief 3: Deadly Shadows .
GOG is great ! Why ? Because, well, because apart from the usually cited reasons(DRM free, no internet required to play the purchased games, one world fair price, great community and support, cute mascot e.t.c.) the site is also very aesthetically pleasing- just compare the looks of GOG to the bleak black Steam or the bleak blue Desura- the dominating color here is silver, which is lighter to the eye (in my opinion at least).
Anyways, thank you so much Sinistar for hosting this giveaway, and also thanks to everybody else who contributed to the games to be gifted list !

P.S. Everybody who doesn't yet own "King of Dragon Pass", I recommend you to try and get it sometime. It's a great game that can't be praised enough, with lots of choices and an excellent soundtrack and artwork.

Sorry, no slur intended. I just assumed that you applied your rather fine skills towards coping with the system better than the average punter. It was meant as a compliment, though clumsily phrased. If it was instead a matter of luck, well then, congratulations on the good fortune! But either way, the games ended up in good hands.

And speaking of games (segue slam!), we have another game on offer. This comes from a donor who wishes to be identified only as a "german piratey-matey", and thankfully not of the software variety. Their gaming gift is a totally legit copy of Ground Control 2: Operation Exodus SE, which brings our count up to fifteen games!

No skills can beat the Atlas Bear, period. ;-P

And no worries, I understood perfectly well from the beginning that you meant it in a good way; I was, also clumsily, messing a bit with you. :D

As for the giveaway and the unstoppable stream of incoming games - this won't end any time soon, will it now?
Maybe hold a follow up giveaway?

So true. For does he not carry the entire world? Thus any solution developed upon that world is necessarily less than himself. (Sorry, I've been reading a lot of set theory mathematics lately and am inclined towards such thoughts.)

Hurrah then, I feel less an ass. Well, an ass of a different colour, at least. ;)

I suspect you are right. I think I will cap this giveaway now at the current 15 games, and any new additions will go into the sequel.
I Live!

In for King of Dragon Pass, Treasure convinced me.... :)

GOG: DRM-free (I used to browse through Amazon-threads and the interwebs to get any information on wether a game had DRM or not...no more :) ), gaming-related memories, a nice and surprisingly mature community, the whole gifting thing, the ppl who run the company actually care about and listen to their customers (at least to a certain degree).....
I live!!!

I am in for Sword of the Samurai!

GoG is like eating a California Ruby Red grapefruit during the heart of winter. Amazing :)

+1 for the giveaway
Not in but +1.

The way it's going you'll soon have the whole GOG catalog...
