No. he is fine... except for being in excruciating pain. I mean, he probably wishes he were dead right about now, but the doctors predict he will make a full recovery. Eventually. Not soon. Maybe never. Okay, probably not. BUT, he isn't dead!

I think it's even worse than that. It's not only that we don't know what the roles are, we don't even know what the winning conditions are.

Note that the example winning condition says very vaguely "there is no more threat to the student body". It doesn't say "when all of Vitek's assailants are expelled".

He helped me with the set-up of this game, so he can't take part. So, yeah, I used him to start off the game, in a tongue-in-cheek sort of way.

At the moment I'm not sure how far to take this lack of information.

For example, reading Krypsyn's "BUT, he isn't dead!" immediately made me think that one role could be someone who can go to the hospital and get some information from Vitek (and future victims, which I believe we can safely assume there will be). But it might be just my imagination.

I don't know whether we need to figure out why Vitek was attacked.

I don't know whether the high school is just a flavour over a vanilla Mafia game or whether there is an underlying plot that will be uncovered as we play.

And, from the little I know Krypsyn, I don't expect to get much of an answer.

I made a small change to the rules in the OP. I would like people to unvote before they vote for someone new, just so it keeps my record keeping easier. I have changed Rule 2 to reflect this. Sorry about the inconsistency, I didn't notice it until just now.
