we're all gamers here (if you aren't then why are you even here?) but clearly video games can't be our only hobby
i myself am a bigtime movie collector... having around 350 DVDs 110ish HD DVDs and 117 blurays (and one hell of a wishlist) my dvdaf list can be found here http://amishfury.dvdaf.com/
i am also a music lover... (no idea how many CDs and records i have... never bothered to try to count them)
and last but not least i am a collector of militaria... primarily WWI and WWII but i do have a bit of post WWII items going as late as Vietnam
a bit of that collection (i haven't gotten around to photographing every bit of it) can be seen here http://necropimp.home.insightbb.com
also that hobby comes with an interest in history which of course takes me to local reenactment events with a camera (some of the videos there are unrelated to reenactments) [url=http://s119.photobucket.com/albums/o149/SgtPnkks/reenactment%20pics/]photo (use the links on the left side with the dates to see photos)
so... what hobbies outside of gaming do you enjoy

I'm a singer in my free time. No interest in going professional, but I dabble in chorus groups or musical theatre or opera productions occasionally.
I'm also a prolific reader. Currently I'm buzzing around between Tom Clancy novels, an assortment of Sci-Fi, and Patrick O'Brian's historical fiction.
I enjoy making music in FL Studio. Nothing serious yet, but could go that way some time in the future (20 minutes or 20 years, no matter :p).
I also like climbing the nearby mountains and traveling to random places at night. :)
I am a cross country runner and a dedicated reader of all things sci-fi/fantasy
i also happen to love fallout. that is really one of the only reasons i joined gog :)
Mainly listening to music & playing piano/keyboard, watching movies, and philosophy. But mainly video games. :P
Currently I'm attempting to learn some video game music on the piano, right now I'm working on Baba Yetu. I'm also interested in tech stuff and my studies for school.
Aside from gaming, I also like to tweak my computer and check out different apps. I play guitar (although I can't be considered a guitar player), I read a lot of books on a wide range of subjects, I hike, and I have an interest in geology, so combined with the hiking, I search out interesting geological features and collect some rock specimens when I get the opportunity. And if that isn't enough, my kids keep me plenty busy doing a number of things with them as well.
Hobbies other than gaming?
Madness!
Though I do go to the gym, write for screen & prose, obssessive watching of sci-fi
Let's see...
I'm a gamer. Both video games and table top RPGs.
I collect miniatures games. My current crack is Monsterpocalypse.
I am a geocacher (google it)
I am something of a cyclist.
I mod Nerf guns, and other similar toys.
I make custom goggles.
I spin a fire staff (sometimes)
I dabble in amateur pyrotechnics and "Backyard ballistics" (projectile launchers built out of basic items, such as a tennis ball cannon built out of PVC, powered by a dry-ice bomb)
I read.
I write.
I am a music lover.
I do photography (mostly I attempt to get insects, because they are so hard to photograph well)
I weld.
I am a Toy Soldier (A group of individuals whose purpose is to help Doctor Steel make the world a better place.)
I am starting to dabble in basic costuming.
I do a bit of target shooting.
I have a small collection of Airsoft guns I play with.
Aside from gaming.... Is there anything else? ;}
I do spend a lot of time on the internet (and with books) reading. And while I have an interests in many things, finding the time to do them all is hard.
I'm not completely unsocial, and do catch up with fellow internet peeps at least once per month. the 90 minute drive to the CBD locations makes it difficult to do it more often.
Would lusting after Asajj Ventress from the recent Clone Wars cartoon count as a hobby?
Aside from gaming I;
-Write
-Build Models
-Collect Weapons
-Tabletop RPGs when I can find people
-Reading pretty much anything

Whenever I'm not gaming I'm either reading, watching TV or going out with the wife or just plain being with her. I walk a lot and like it but wouldn't call it a hobby and before gaming I'd spend my hours drawing and collecting comic books but I don't do much of either anymore. Sometimes I write when I have the need to let my creative juices flow but I guess the writing and drawing is kept to random sprouts of creativity mostly because I won't do anything productive with it, ever. I'm too lazy to finish most of my creative works once they've been started.
While I write soundtrack music for a living, I think my singer-songwriter forays are different enough to count as a hobby. I write/record a new song every weekday: http://www.dailyrefrain.com
I've also done a bit of amateur theatre, and need to do more.
Let's see, I currently enjoy watching movies although Soviet foreign films are currently the movies I am delving into which is greatly aided due to taking a course on it next semester. Also, I paint miniature soldiers from wargames like WH40K or the ill-fated Starship Troopers one. Finally, I read books to pass the time.
