My attitude stems from an acceptance that, despite a generally accepted agreement that lynching active players and new players (I again can't be bothered finding quotes, I'd probably mess them up and annoy everyone anyway) It's going to come down to lynching an active newbie. It's just a part of the general level of hypocrisy that I feel has surrounded this game. Here is another example of why I feel this is the case.
If, Zchinque and clique, self contradiction is such a big issue then why was more not made of this little gem?
Zchinque: snip
It's called a meta-read -
which amusingly, nmillar earlier in the game said he wasn't too fond of... snip
Was Nmillar not contradicting himself here? Here it is amusing, not cause for lynching.
This is just one example of several self contradictions I have noticed throughout the game. That is why I highlighted Vitek's post, anybody care to explain to me why [i]
that[i] is not self contradition? The words do not match the earlier actions, yet no one has commented on this. Why?
Muttly you can take that question as a response to this.

Oh stop... There is only so far the newb/master thing will take you....

Now as to claiming, I have two options, I can either make a claim or not make a claim.
This close to the deadline I don't think making a claim would be of any use, as there is little time to discuss it and if needs be to find a viable alternative wagon.
I have decided therefore to not bother and to leave you all to decide whether you think the reason for the voting is strong enough to lynch on.
@joe: Defeatist? Maybe. Aggressive? Maybe. An honest appraisal of how I feel the way the game is going to go? Certainly.
