Dragons.... Even better: puppy dragons! :-D

*I still have to watch the premiere...*
Even my mother watches GoT, so there's clearly NO target group :E

Crosmando: Not "sterile", "realistic". The trouble with modern fantasy, post-Tolkien fantasy, is that it applies modern morals and ethics to medieval settings. There's a reason that the only girl who ever fights a battle in Lord of the Rings does so because she dresses up as a man in armor, and hides her face with a helmet. Same reason Aragorn didn't take his Elf girl in the back room at Rivendell for a quickie behind her dad's back.
it still doesn't mean we need to see bouncing tits each episode, do we?

stonebro: Doesn't start on TV here until May. So I don't' get to see it yet.

Unless I ... *gasp* ... PIRATE it
At least in Poland, you may watch it legally for FREE on HBO GO platform. Do you have HBO GO platform in Norway? Then visit the website and watch it for free ;)

How does HBO GO work in your country? Here we have to have a cable subscription to HBO in order to watch it and then it is free, but you can't simply pay for HBO GO. Thankfully I am watching it on HBOG GO (legally), but find it very annoying that HBO GO won't simply let me pay for it ...

Yep, it's also complicated here in Poland. You can't just simply pay for it, you have to obtain at least some satellite tv operator's monthly fee.

But episode 1 was released for free to everyone on hbogo.pl

It's kinda stupid. If they let me pay, let's say 10-15 bucks a month for HBO GO, I would gladly pay.

But I can't since i don't have satellite tv.
I don't watch TV series, find it stressful to remember when the next episode is on.
