Tormentfan: If you're not a high end gamer..twitch FPS, then you really don't have to pay a premium for a gaming mouse, you won't notice any difference in functionality from a bog standard one.

and my suggestion turns out to be useless too :/

Detlik: That set looks amazing unfortunately it is too expensive :(
Yeah, unfortunately I had noticed.. that's why I considered it useless.

It's really difficult to suggest something because you seem to be paying quite a large premium of your goods.. which seems to be normal for that part of the world.

The only advice on this I am able to give is, although it'd be nice, you don't 'have' to go for an all singing, all dancing branded model, and there are good lesser known products to be had in your price range, and you'll be able to get both mouse and keyboard.. but for someone here to give a suggestion of those might not be possible because of our unfamiliarity of what is actually available to you in your country.

The best thing you can do is use some of that money to actually travel to your nearest centre of commerce and physically look around... you'll get local deals that way and will yourself become better at judging what is best for you.

At most we'd give you opinions based on our markets and not only will prices change, but the simply might not be suitable or necessary.

Out of curiosity... will you be putting it to any 'special' purposes? Or is it just a reliable set that works?

Actually... does Amazon deliver to you? Any of those would do you.

Detlik: These mouses are in my price range and have good reviews (shop near me is having a sale) :
Logitech Gaming Mouse G300
Razer Abyssus
GIGABYTE GM-M8000X
ROCCAT Kova [+]
Logitech G9x Laser Mouse
CoolerMaster Storm Inferno
STEELSeries Diablo III Mouse
Logitech Gaming Mouse G500
Razer DeathAdder
Logitech Gaming Mouse G700
I can tell right from the off that the Inferno and the G9 different from the others (most of them anyway, since I can't be bothered to look them up). They're so-called claw-grip mice which basically means they're proportionally shorter and broader than most mice such as, say, a DeathAdder. You hold them differently and, believe it or not, it makes a difference for the better or the worse. Although you could get used to anything, I'd suggest you go to the shops and see which mouse feels good.
I would get the Logitech G500, I have the older G5 and it's a fantastic mouse, comfortable and has easily reachable and sturdy buttons, the design is a simple but effective one and it's built like a tank.

I had 3 Razer Deathadders within the space of a month, they all failed. With the first one the scroll wheel failed, the right mouse button of the second one failed and the third mouse bricked itself on a firmware update, pretty hopeless and terrible build quality if you ask me.

That was the first generation Deathadder, though. Things might be better now, a friend has a Naga and he loves it.

I recommend Logitech mice, they might not be as flash but they just work, in my experience.

That's really bad news about the Razers I didn't know that they even had a firmware to upgrade.

But anyway, yeah.. Logitech mice.. I have an MX Revolution (rf, not bluetooth) and I absolutely adore it..great to hold, a boat load of button and it just works....Not entirely sure about the BT version, but when this one goes bye-bye I'll be on the look out for another RF one. I'd be far less functional without this particular mouse.
Okay tomorrow I will buy mouse, it seems I will receive more funding later from which I will buy keyboard. So time is dwindling to recommend one sad little crazy man some mouses! :D
Razer DeathAdder. :p
Currently using a Razer Deathadder and Microsoft X4 Sidewinder Keyboard. Great combo.
MX Revolution.
My budget was mysteriously expanded (mainly with coming birthday). So I got my mouse, but now I am looking for a keyboard. I am looking for good gaming keyboard with backlit keys (and if they would be color customizable, that would be awesome). This is what I found so far:

Microsoft Sidewinder X6
Razer Blackwidow Ultimate
Logitech G19
Logitech G510
Steelseries Merc Stealth

Your tips are more then welcome.

G110 (keyboard) and G500 (mice) from logitech are both great. No need to go G510 (unless you really need 36 macro and staring at LCD while playing games).
For a mouse, I'm currently using a 1st generation Razer Deathadder that has been superb for the last 3 years and only now is the scroll wheel starting to feel a bit loose. I know some people have had problems with Razer products, though, so paying their price premium may be a gamble.

After a good bit of research I am currently bidding on a Steelseries Diablo 3 gaming mouse. I am not remotely insterested in the Diablo 3 game or the branding, but many reviews have given this mouse a lot of praise for its build quality and design.

As for keyboards, I think that the Saitek Cyborg V5 is great value as it has very good build quality and the price is very reasonable. The only downside would be that it has no media keys or macros if that is your thing, altough I actually regard that as a positive. The backlighting is red and has three adjustable brightness levels.
