A lot of good options from Razer out there:
Imperator
Naga
Naga Hex(for Dota players)
Orochi(for players that prefer smaller mice)
Lachesis
DeathAdder

All of them are in price tag 79.99$

My personal choice for Razer products:
Razer Orochi + Razer Lycosa(keyboard)
Regarding a mouse, I recommend getting one that can switch the mousewheel between geared and freewheeling mode. I don't know if anyone besides Logitech makes those, but once you've gotten used to it, you'll never want to go back.
I haven't got a Razer because the previous one I had (an ambidextrous design the name of which I can't remember) sucked balls and broke not long after its warranty expired. Whether all of their products are as rubbish is a mystery, but that was enough for me. Three or four of my friends have DeathAdders, so I decided to buy something else instead.

I've got a CM Storm Sentinel which should cost about the same as the DeathAdder. For a little bit more you could have a Roccat Kone. These two things can be configured pretty much any way you like - for instance, the Sentinel has five profiles that can have different DPI settings (four per profile), button functions (including macros), LEDs and whatnot. If you just want a mouse that works and gives you the most bang for your buck, go for a Logitech G400. Should be bombproof no matter how much you abuse it.
Roccat Kone you mean this chinese mice ? Nah the quality is even worse than Razers
Death Adder is a great mouse, the only Razer I really ever liked. I use a Logitech G500 now and it is super sexy and feels wonderful for my big hands.

Keyboards I never cared about, I use a cheapo.

There was a scroll wheel issue at some point, but they have fixed it on current mice and refitted old ones. Don't know if they are otherwise prone to breaking.

In any case, I'm happy with the Sentinel. It's got a two-year warranty and everything. Admittedly Logitech seem to offer three years for almost all mice. That's longer than Mercedes-Benz offer for their cars.
My all time favourite keyboard is a simple MS wired keyboard. MS certainly know how to get it right if they can constrain themselves and keep things simple.

As for the mouse, I suppose I could once more recommend the Xai laser mouse. But the price seems to be somewhat higher now than what I paid for it.
So Razer DeathAdder is best choice?
These mouses are in my price range and have good reviews (shop near me is having a sale) :
Logitech Gaming Mouse G300
Razer Abyssus
GIGABYTE GM-M8000X
ROCCAT Kova [+]
Logitech G9x Laser Mouse
CoolerMaster Storm Inferno
STEELSeries Diablo III Mouse
Logitech Gaming Mouse G500
Razer DeathAdder
Logitech Gaming Mouse G700

Note that for example Logitech Gaming Mouse G700 is exactly at top of my budget even with the sale. So recommend me which I should get out of these please :)
While my mouse [Logitech RX1500] isn't the best recommendation, it has two features that i found myself unable to live without: a horizontal scrollbar build into the vertical scrollbar [works by tilting], and a separate middle button [due to the Logitech HyperScroll implementation, which is pretty nifty too]. I was always annoyed that i accidentally pressed the MMB while scrolling on m,y older mice.. mices.. mouses.. whatevz. So, if You're going with a bigger budget, You might want to consider those extras. ;)

Then check how do you feel Ikari and DeathAdder and buy one of them...
If you're not a high end gamer..twitch FPS, then you really don't have to pay a premium for a gaming mouse, you won't notice any difference in functionality from a bog standard one.

and my suggestion turns out to be useless too :/
