Don't Sega now hold the rights to the TW games after buying up The Creative Assembly? I'm sure after they took control they re-released MTW+VI as a gold pack, complete with a bug they were loathe to patch.

i thought activision would retain rights to distribute games originally published by them.

And I can't wait to see some of the best old RPG's, like Betrayal at Krondor - also published by Sierra On-Line. If GOG will publish BaK in next weeks I'll be delighted :-)

Oh yes, Homeworld and Homworld Cataclysm - I would love to play both of them. Especially Cataclysm (the Beast was charming :-)).
Did anyone of you, who played HW: Cataclysm before noticed, that Kuun-Lan looks similar to Interplanetary Operations Ships (I.O.S.) from old Amiga/Atari strategy Deuteros? Especially side view is similar (general shape of that ship) and also modular build.

Those hoping for Starcraft/Diablo 2/Warcraft 3, a couple points:
1) As Blizzard offers the titles on their own store for much higher price points than they would get on GOG, I don't see those titles ever appearing. The Diablo 2 and Warcraft 3 battlechests still retail here in Canada for $40-50 in most places I have been. Right now, Best Buy is selling the 8-9 year old Diablo 2 Battlechest for $45 on their online store. No way are they being released on GOG for even $15.
2) ALL CD Keys for Starcraft, Diablo II, and Warcraft III can be registered on Blizzard's Battlenet site. Registering the games on the site gives you full access to download the digitally distributed version. What I did was buy Starcraft and Diablo 2 keys off people for $4-5 each and then register the keys on Battlenet. Now I can download the full games whenever I want, directly from Blizzard. Starcraft and D2 sold millions of copies each. There are a lot of cheap used copies out there with valid keys.

GOG give us classic sierra adventures, but 'scummable' ;) please please please pleaase.

theres an interesting thing to note about StarCraft's Key too.. even if you can only find a retail StarCraft key (no Brood War) you can input it and it'll give you access to the Anthology (thus including Brood War)... pretty much just like how Steam took any HL1 keys and gave you everything that was in the Platinum Pack (HL1, OF,BS, CS,TFC)

for me - redemption IS better.
it works great on XP and you have native support for higher resolutions! [bloodlines are 4:3 hardcoded :/ and only 3 resolution]
give me Vampire:redemption with soundtrack on gog and there will be instant buy :) i had install screen as wallpaper for a few yers! redemption rocks - it has great music (classic and modern), nice graphic, plot and 3 endings. i have it installed on lap until today [no DRM i guess]
my fav track is for medieval Vienna - at night, with snow, hangin with your vampire homies :D
For me first Vampire game is EPIC!
oh - and maybe this time i could try multiplayer :) there are tons of high quality custom maps for MP.
Isn't BAK free to download for quite some time? if so - this could [should i'd rather say :)] be another GOG freebie!
