Regarding the AI in short.
In those types of games it is pretty simple to make the right AI.
I'm not saying outstanding, sneaky, cunning. I'm just saying that first of all we are going to make AI capable to use all the features implemented in Worlds of Magic, as I'm sure that adding a feature which AI is not able to use is a bad idea.
Then we will add some personalities and behavior modules, so each AI will be capable to choose different way and on the top of that each AI is going to have some short and long term desires. Those could depend on the current military and economy situation, random events and diplomacy.
