Banned because I'm thinking of having eggs for breakfast. It's 4 am and I haven't went to bed yet. What constitutes a breakfast? Is it the first meal of the day, or is it a meal you eat in the morning? If I wake up at 1:30 pm, can I still call the first thing I eat breakfast?
