It's a fuzzy crocodile I got when I was in Hong Kong back in 2001. I took that picture right before I shipped it off to Germany to my then-gf, now-wife. I've seen my wife do naughty things with him. ^_^

demonsub: Mine is a photo of a Stargate prop from a larp in the UK I went to over about 8 years. I realised the sun was setting so I planned the shot. Its been my main avatar on the web since around 2012.
Nice! Care to share the original too?

<<< The original Raiden from what was supposed to be Metal Gear Rizing.

Instead we got Metal Gear Solid: Rising Revengance... "If we add more spikes to Raiden he'll be way cooler..."

Ridiculous.
I was once obsessed with death for no particular reason, that is why I choose my nickname. Since there were too many cadavers out there I had to add my favorite Boeing model number. When Planescape: Torment game was released I felt that main protagonist fits perfectly: an unnamed cadaver with #747 label on his leg laying in morgue...
Before that game came around on GOG I had to use screen from web, thank goodness GOG created avatars ;)

P.S. Philosophical living corpses was my thing back then ;)

The story behind my avatar? That's a long story.

No seriously, it's like 14 doorstopper novels, 1 prequel novel, 1 short story, 1 guide and 1 upcoming encyclopedia...
I'm sorry BillyMaysFan59, I'm afraid I can't let you know that.

I was drinking alone in a caravan about 10 years ago and took a photo I thought would be funny.
My current avatar is a VUX starship captain wearing a hard hat. The hard hat and construction tape are there because of Sachys' giveaway.

Delivering low frequencies from planet ten.
Originally it was one of the GoG avatars from Gabriel Knight 2 of this,

At the moment it's the 'Eternal Drama' Statue from an interesting cemetery in Genao called Staglieno.
A bigger picture of it is a third down on this page.

Well, my old avatar was because I liked Snood and I was hard-pressed to come up with an avatar on short notice during the Insomnia sale.

The story behind my new avatar is that I don't have photoshop. So I went for miner smurf, who has blue-ness in common with the blue snood, and came with a hardhat pre-installed.

Riveting tale, I know.
