wormholewizards: Hi, i'm not sure if this appropriate thread or not but anybody can help me identify a game?

The intro is you start at some peaceful village, and suddenly everything goes bad and all the villagers turn to stone except you. The gameplay was like RPG / adventure, i couldn't remember much but you control the character from 3rd person view. And also i think it was released back in 1999 or 2000.
This is the wrong thread.
But it could be King's Quest 8: Mask of Eternity (the 3D one in the pack).
Crap ninja'd.. my post is still better though.

Yes that one, TQ very much. That game scared the hell out of me decade ago.
And sorry for invaded this thread because i only read the title, i should read the first post first.
