X-Com Enemy Within. It's goddamn amazing. It's quite addictive... just one more mission, just one more UFO hunt. Hard to put down. Sign of a good game.
Professor Layton and the Curious Village, but I'm stuck on a puzzle.

Catherine, and the mini game Repunzel.

Persona 4, just got my butt kicked by the Yukiko doppleganger shadow.
I installed the now-freeware Enemy Nations (RTS), but I'm having my doubts I'll like it. Yeah it seems to be RTS, but it doesn't apparently have any meaningful campaign, just a skirmish mode where you select the difficulty level of the enemies, and the size of the world.

I dunno... while that isn't different from classic games like Master of Orion or Civilization (they didn't have a campaign either, rather a randomized skirmish mode), I just feel a campaign makes the single-player part of a RTS game more meaningful. Similarly like while playing a FPS deathmatch game against AI bots can be fun, i still prefer playing my single-player FPS games with a proper campaign.

Hence, I also installed Warzone 2100 which I got from DotEmu (I think it was my first DotEmu game, a freebie perhaps?). Now that's more like it! It seems like a proper RTS game with a campaign. I am unsure if the DotEmu version is the fan remake of the game, or the original? I thought it is the original, but then there is at least an ad of the fan remake when you exit the game.
Banished - i have to say this game if freaking hard. I lost my population a couple of times, keeping everyone fed and in warmth is a constant challenge. And I seem never be able to mine enough coal or chop enough wood :)
King's Bounty : The Legend with a Warrior on Impossible difficulty.

Tremendous fun. How could I have missed that all these years? And way cheaper (the whole KB series) than - say - boring D3/RoS.

Regards
On my Vita, Draogn Ball Z Battle of Z. Entertaining.
Hotline Miami 2
When I'm on Linux:

When I'm on WinXP:
Teslagrad,

the additional episodes of "To The Moon"
Borderlands co-op (only on Thursdays)

Titan Quest Immortal Throne
Minecraft (solo and co-op)
Tomb Raider 2013, played it on 360 and picked it up yesterday in the GMG sale for €5.79 (inc the usual main page 20+% off), surprised it runs silky smooth onmy shite pc.

Resident Evil 5, (Have it on 360 and PS3) again, surprised how well it runs on my PC.
Wing Commander Privateer.

I begun explore other than start point Troy system. but nasty pirates killed me, :)
So I returned Troy system, and put by money by trading and battle missions.
Finally I got Centurion for 200000 credit, which is the strongest ship in the game.
I will revenge that pirates!
I'm currently a bit of game-hopping.

I still have Divinity 2 open - but somehow I can't bring myself to continue - although I finished the grindy flying fortresses. I liked the flying there, but the ground battles became repetitive.

Started F.E.A.R. and liked it - very nice flow. Tried to continue last night, but this time it somehow didn't click.

Also started Ether One - wonderful game, but certainly not for everybody and not for every day.

And started Hotline Miami (the first). Both the biggest WOW and WTF I had in a long time. Love at first sight - should have tried it a lot earlier. I don't know how long the "R" on my keyboard will survive though, with me frantically hammering it every few seconds...
Currently? The "being at work" game. Which I should get back to.

At home I'm juggling 4-5 games picked up in Insomnia:

Defender's Quest
Grimrock 2
Rayman Origins
Hammerwatch (gifted to me)
Nox

DQ is easy to pop in/out of for a challenge mode or two at a time. Grimrock requires a bit more focus. My first run at the beach area I wasn't really engaged and missed a lot, so last night I had to push everything else aside and start over from the very beginning. Both more rewarding and more fun that way.

Nox will probably be the first one really set aside to come back to later, whether that's after LoG2 or much later...don't know. Hammerwatch definitely seems like co-op mode would be the best way to enjoy the game.
Just finished Sanitarium this morning, great game but dunno if I would recommend playing it into late hours of the night. Last night I dreamed of a voice telling me to escape and not to ask any questions or concern myself with anything around me. Then there were these ropes everywhere, one of which let down a hole but all the ropes were tied to persons intestines which were hanging out their torso. The guy was screaming too. Play Sanitarium late at night if you want messed up dreams like this.

Anyways, time for something a little more light hearted. Gonna finish of Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project next. Already half way through it.

IwubCheeze: Anyone else have this problem? I just finished Sam and Max hit the road that I got from the insomnia sale. I have a load of games on my backlog but have no idea which one to play next. I'm thinking of starting Sanitarium but I'm really not sure.

I also have Worms 2, Duke Nuken: Manhattan Project and Crimsonland classic in progress but I'm only playing these as "chill out" games.
Most of the time I know what I want and grab a certain game and roll with it out of my backlog however sometimes I am in a random "I dunno" mood and am overwhelmed by the selections available. This is true with movies and other stuff too sometimes for me. One thing that I found helpful is to pick 5 of them either in order on the shelf or in a list or at complete random, and then compare the 5 games details, trailer/screenshots/description/information etc. with each other and see if any one of them stands out as being the #1 contender of the 5 and set that one aside. Then I pick another 5 and repeat this process as many times as I feel like putting in the effort. Then I take all of the games that I sat aside like that 5 at a time and do it again as a sort of the best-of-best picks until I go through them all, repeat until one game/movie I end up ranking highest and go ahead with that one.
