Every business is striving for profit, that's the basic and key point of creating a business. GOG is not different. They make profit for themselves, to pay salaries, to pay bandwith you all use, to pay for servers, to maintain the games e.g quality check for Windows 10 compatibility etc.

I find it a bit silly to ask this kind of question if you're asking it seriously.

Mr_Blastman: I've often wondered--what does GOG do with the money? When you pay them for an old game, where does the money go? Does GOG keep every cent or do they share it with the original author/publisher/ip-holder?

It's just been gnawing at me lately and I have to know. Does anyone know? They don't say anything about it in their FAQ?
they loan it to greece, and use the rest to buy HUNIEPOP for all their wageslaves.

srzzzly can we even buy shares directly from them?
