We would like to inform you that, due to our storage and CDN provider's outage, we are encountering technical issues that may cause difficulties in downloading and updating your games both through the GOG GALAXY client and GOG Store. Already downloaded files are in no way affected.

We are trying to mitigate this external problem by switching to our secondary storage while our provider is restoring data. We would also like to highlight that those issues do not affect purchasing games. Currently available discounts on selected titles will not be extended due to the above.

It is our team's top priority to resolve those issues and we aim to resolve them as fast as possible. Apologies for any inconveniences caused.

Witcher 3 classic download and the classic version of Blood and Wine are ok but Heart of Stone Classic is all 404.
edit: actually still problems with the Classic standalone (part5,6) and theGoty (pt.2)

Braggadar: Clownski, one or more (I tested 1.bin) Batman Arkham Knight offline installers still are getting a 404 error via browser. I shouldn't have to report this to Customer Support - this game was a common title reported early on in the outage.
Yeah, i am wondering about that too.
Is it enough to report it here in the forum, or are we excepted to contact the support directly?

Baldurs Gate 3 stuck at 92%. I need this download to free me from that awful Diablo 4 game. I can't wait until you guys fix this so I can play "the anomaly"!

Possilbe fix:

If the Log (standard path: C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\logs\GalaxyClient.log) indicates a broken "vcredist" or a broken dx version, check under \GOG Galaxy\Dependencies\__redist if the broken exe is already there. If so, close down Galaxy, copy/paste it in the folder the Log indicates an delete all *.download files in said folder. then restart Galaxy.

Worked for me with Jagged Alliance 3 and the broken vcredist_x86.exe.

No change for the offline installers I've been keeping an eye and testing on.

The one for Stillborn Slayer or The Valiant - Coat of Arms Collection (both released just 2 days ago) still return "404" when trying to download.

In the future keeping an up-to-date offline vault of the offline installers is best. Especially when they update so you can play the old ones to.


And you get great deals on games if you get the GOG emails, just got 3 of the Batman games for 12$ total

The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie and Ys IX: Monstrum Nox can be added to the broken list.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie - offline installers for game and dlcs are outdated and lead to 404 page
Ys IX: Monstrum Nox - offline installers for dlcs and patches generate 404 error.
