Rimmu: The Fair Price Packge issue has been fixed both for The Witcher 3 and Spacecom. Please contact our Support team to sort out any issues with due Store Credit. :)
Thank you for fixing the issue!
What did just break: Account option configuration for email notifications of items on wishlist that are on sale.

Problem: Once you turn on the feature to be notified when items on your wishlist are on sale, the site will continue to notify you of items on sale long after you reconfigure your account to disable those notifications.

When this feature was introduced I liked the idea of being able to get notifications of wishlist items going on sale, however since I have lots of games on my wishlist that vary between "I really want this one" to "I kind of think I might like to try this some time if the price is right" there is almost always a game on sale that triggers a notification to me and I end up getting inundated with the emails to the point where I don't even look at them anymore. So I decided I might as well disable the notifications for now and just stuck with isthereanydeal.com's notification system which lets you import your wishlist from most popular stores including GOG, and then individually select games you want to be notified about on sale and also optionally specify a maximum price or minimum discount percentage. This way you only get notified when something is actually a price you're ready to spend.

But, many days after disabling the notifications on GOG I still get a steady stream of update notifications of games on my wishlist on sale. The website is not honouring the setting to control this (screenshot attached).

PaterAlf: The Fair Price Package for The Witcher 3 is gone. After the price drop I have to pay $55.89 (instead of $49.99), but I don't get any store credit. I hope that's a bug.

Thank you for finally fixing this bug after 11 months (since mid-March 2015).

As I see it, during the last 9 months (since May 5, 2015) many people (in more than 100 countries) overpayed for Spacecom. You might want to initiate some form of automatic compensation without waiting for them to contact support. I am sure 99% of users don't even know that this thread exists, let alone read it.

https://www.gog.com/forum/general/gaming_deals_thread/post61958 reports another problem with wishlist-based sale e-mails: it seems they're generated when an item appears in a promo even if there's no actual discount, as with The White March.

Edit: ah, I see this got its own thread too and Konrad has responded.

Forum threads that haven't changed since the beginning of January 2015 seem to be disappearing.

Depending on one's setting for "Topics per forum page" (15, 30 or 50) and on one's number of favourites, the oldest unchanged threads one can see on very last page of the "General discussion" forum date from ~16-20 January 2015. Earlier threads (unchanged since ~1-15 January 2015) cannot be seen. At least I can't see them.

You can do the following test to convince yourself:
1) Write down the last few threads you see on the last page
2) Wait some time until a few new threads are added by some people
3) See that the threads you have recorded have disappeared

I did it and saw quite a few threads disappear.

It seems that the number of pages available for the General Discussion forum is somehow limited:
- 245 for a setting 50 topics per page
- 407 for a setting 30 topics per page
- 814 for a setting 15 topics per page

Tested on Firefox and Chrome, logged in and logged out, with and without add-ons.

Phantom chat icon keeps appearing in my account tab, constantly making my galaxy flash when nothing's actually in my inbox.

Well you missed an important point ; last page reachable is from 16-20 january 2015

I already said to the support their forum software is outdated

secondly most people seem don't want the general discussions to be changed at all....well sorry to those who want to keep the forum in this shape : it's just a mess.

added as entry 043 in the OP

Not sure if i will continue to maintain the thread, i'm too much annoyed with those assholes who plague the forum. That doesn't worth i waste my time, in other hand i can't blame others users... GOG sucks on this matter.

Sneaky move :P

edit : i checked the archive section , that's strange, because there're much more threads... vs the active one... o_O
i add one entry in the OP (for what it worth)

edit 2 : oh yeah, now i realized i missed the year in the first sentence /facepalm :S

Maybe they're planning to update the archive one, which had those up to Dec 31 2014? Though that'd mean actually moving them, not just letting them vanish first to maybe show up there at a later point if they remember to get around to it...

Nice job. I had noticed a few times that the total number of pages stays at 245, but didn't go to the last page to check what it actually means.

I hope it's a bug, because if it's not then it would mean hat GOG decided to silently retire threads that haven't been active when they hit the 1yr mark, and is probably already doing it since the beginning of the year.
Once again, the logged in "ACCOUNT" button that now has changed to show your login name, is disappearing randomly on the website from time to time transiently. It was not showing when I listed the General Discussion index, but when I brought up a message into a new tab, it showed up in the new tab.

Either the bug that caused its disappearance before never got fixed, or a new bug has shown up that causes inconsistency or a race condition or something.

Someone isn't reading the changelog of his addons. Barefoot Essentials' feature, not GOG's.

Doubt it's causing the disappearing though.

I don't think it's related either, I've had that several times but haven't seen it latlely. *knocks on wood*

I wasn't complaining about that, nor pointing it out as a problem. I didn't realize it was Barefoot providing the feature, but it's unrelated information to the problem. I can reproduce the problem with Barefoot Essentials completely disabled as well.
