It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

BKGaming: I can't say that this "just broke", but the new sort feature for achievements and controller support, etc... is not working correctly for all games. For instance I went to my library and sorted by achievements or controller support and it left out the Witcher 3 even though it's listed as having achievements and controller support and clearly does. Seems to work though if you sort by achievement's in the game section (the game is listed) but not from my library.

EDIT: It may or may not be specific to the Witcher 3. A quick overlook makes me think it's the only one but can't be sure.
avatar
mrkgnao: I expect the reason is that Witcher 3's ID in one's library is not the same as its ID in the catalogue.
Well that's a little absurd and that may be the reason then.
avatar
JMich: No idea then, other than double checking to make sure you don't have it installed by mistake.
I don't even have TamperMonkey installed, so there's no way to accidentally install any userscripts ;P My Chrome is 100% add-on free.

real.geizterfahr: I don't even have TamperMonkey installed, so there's no way to accidentally install any userscripts ;P
There are native Chrome addons as well that do not need TamperMonkey, but if you say the browser is addon free, then it should be add-on free. No idea then.

jerff: Tried rolling back to FF 43 and FF 42, still have the issue. Rolling back to FF 41 is more complicated, since in that case I also need to roll back some other libraries, so I haven't tried it yet.
Tried enabling layers.acceleration.disabled and disabling layers.offmainthreadcomposition.enabled, didn't help. I couldn't find any other relevant settings by quick googling.
The only other things I can think of in no particular order:

- buggy video drivers
- VRAM or RAM corruption
- malware

Any of those would probably affect random websites however and not just GOG. Do you encounter problems on any other website(s)?
The tab menu at the top with "Games, Movies, Community, Support, Account" broke. No matter how I change the size of Mozilla window, it seems that menu zone/line/row doubled itself down. "Account" tab has shifted it's place to that doubled zone, exactly under "Games" tab. Shopping cart icon has also shifted place down. And "Sign Up/Log In" buttons appeared. Also, there is "empty" space right under GOG COM logo.

I still seem to be logged in. If I click on either "Sign Up" or "Log In" button, nothing happens. If I get a reply on the forum or a chat message, Account tab shows notification. However, if I place my cursor on Account tab, I don't get drop-down menu. But I can click on Account tab and I am taken to my account.

This double menu seems to only appear if I am in the forum. If I am in other GOG pages, like store or account, all is normal. I shall attach picture of how it looks. Creepy.

Currently logged in via my android phone and I have the same issue like you but no other problems with using the forum. By the way, it's not like it's the first time the top bar acts crazily..

This means your javascript broke at some stage - could you please open your browsers console, refresh the page and paste the output here, please? Then we can identify what's happening for you.

Also please write the version of your browser.

Also - as a first step - please disable GOG.com user scripts that you are using, or greasemonkey at all only to check if it's happening without them.

Yep, same issue here. And obviously I am still logged on, since I can post this.

Edit: Absolutely no add-ons, IE11.

Edit 2: Seems to have just briefly fixed itself. Try again, nope, still broken. Weird.

For me, it happens consistently when I move from an "account-type" page (e.g. Wishlist, Friends, Chat, Orders) to Community. It does not happen when I move from the home page to Community.

I get this error, if relevant:

Turned off GreaseMonkey, refreshed page - didn't help.
Yup - I can confirm it's on our side - fix is coming. Thank you for reporting!
The issue should be fixed now.
