Johny.: Please go to https://www.gog.com/account/settings/orders and see if you did buy "Witcher 3 Wild Hunt, The" or maybe "Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, The - Expansion pass" or "Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, The - Hearts of Stone"

If it's not the first one, you have bought only DLC, so you have DLC - but base game is missing.
I presume you did buy Hearts of Stone in pre-order. If so, you will be able to download DLC install files, but without The Witcher 3 you won't be able to do much with them...
Order ID:#1a01f54b219f March 27, 2015 Witcher 3 Wild Hunt, The. The game has been showing up fine since release, I've been playing and updating the game fine. When I logged into my account this afternoon the game was showing fine, I downloaded Patch 1.10 Part 1 and Part 2. This evening when I logged in to download Part 3 and 4 this problem occurred. I havent bought Hearts of Stone or the Expansion Pass.

I'm currently involved in a little community project (staff may ask Judas about the details). Coordinating things via chat is a PITA!

I suspect people are sending me messages, because I see the number beside their names. If I click there, however, the chat is still showing the state of yesterday. Something is really wrong.

I don't want to hijack the conversation , but since you speak about this, i have a similar issue :

ie : a "1" alonside the chat, i can't remove it by all methods proposed by the support , this happends aswell on a different computer with a different browser.

I have two issues with my accounts & the support can't do anythig.

the other one i the last entry in the OP : I really like someone look into those issues. Because i don't have the impression someone really care...

So after going to chat, opening conversation (try all of them maybe?) right now (not few hours ago) it doesn't disappear? Please confirm this.

I had a 1 recently, but chat opened some random old chat. The 1 disappeared and I never found out who wrote me xP I'm definitely not clicking through hundreds of contacts...

the number stays, since more than 2 weeks, i tried all contacts , but nothing.... the support can't do anything...since it seems a bug with the website / forum

Well, i already did, multiples times (i can try once more ,won't hurt)

Ok for the 033, at least its added to the bugs list, that's the minimum i ask

Edit : about the chat issue : i followed your advice : and found something odd

when i try to start a conversation with a good chunk of users in my friends list : the chat is unable to found them (even if they are in the list of previous conversations) : because it seems the PMs of the old system are missing (i'm pretty sure i didn't cleared the conversation for each of them) , could it be related ?.

Conferred with a few people who I had seen with numbers but no messages. Seems like the numbers were wrong and no messages were lost. I'll keep an eye on the issue, but I didn't chat much in the last two days (too much work :-))
Now I've missed my 666 rep...

I'm pretty sure the numbers were wrong. It's not that you get the number and no message despite it was sent. Messages go first, then the numbers are "generated" for you. So don't worry - I'm just wondering if this number bug is gone after yesterday.

@DyNaer: I don't know if it could be related.

Sorry to disappoint you, it's still off. Got one message from somebody, one one line with two words. Message count next to the avatar said 2 messages.

Hovering over a person's avatar no longer yields the wishlist/chat drop-down menu (and I know I'm not alone in this). Have read somewhere that account refresh may solve this. Tried it with no avail.
