[04/29/2015] Clicking on someone's PM button brings up a blank page with "Not Found". [Suport Ticket : Yes], [Resolved : No]

Since the start of the latest Star War Promo, whenever I log out and am redirected to the front page, the Account tab is not visible in the nave bar. Anyone else has this?


Have you checked if sending PMs to someone already in one's contacts work?

No, not yet. My Message section looks okay, but hitting the PM button results in "Not Found".
Please send me a test PM, so I can check if receiving works (if your PM button is still working).

That's new, isn't it? It should link somewhere to https://www.gog.com/account/messages, shouldn't it?

No point in waiting, it won't. I suspect that they're testing something in the live environment without letting us know, even though it causes issues for us.

Yes, I think you're right, it looks like testing or like an accidental update with a development version.

Received. Hitting individual PM buttons still gives me the "Not Found" page, but replying via Messages section seems to work.

At the moment I'm using the Chromium based Opera 28.0 (more or less vanilla).

That's because it resolves to https://www.gog.com/account/chat - see DeMignon's post.

Seems resolved now (for me).
