Arionacid: Great performance by Mexico so far but then again Germany is my n.1 candidate to win the world cup! 2nd half will be even tougher... Hope they can keep up.

Not even sure, if that would have been lucky. That performance today was absolutely shocking in almost every aspect and the bigger the wake-up call, the better.

Yup, Mexico definitely deserved that one. The German team just wasn't convincing enough; let's hope they'll step it up. Brazil is definitely in better form for this tournament, but the Swiss put up a good game, although all those fouls to Neymar started to get a bit silly. I agree with the commentators that the referee in that game showed a bit too much restraint.

its been a great world cup weekend, lots of close games and serious tense end game moments with tied games. ive enjoyed watching the fans too

Important win for Eagles but I would be happier if Brazil won, since this now means they won't be playing with second squad against us in final group match. Well, I guess Serbian team will just have to give 120% against the Swiss team and win if they intend to pass to next stage. Fingers crossed.

Great and deserved win for Mexico, Germany performed exactly how I predicted.

Interesting to see that Switzerland could hold back Brazil! 1-1 is an interesting final score!

This World cup seems more open than some.

Brazil played great for the first 20 minutes and then they stopped. Switzerland proved to be tough opponent although Zuber did push Miranda before he scored. Also Alisson didn't even move to catch the ball.

Was barely a push, if you're a center-back in a world cup squad and can't withstand a shove, you really have to question how interested they are lol. I've seen 11 year olds battle harder defending corners :P
