Any fanbase that has a large or even just noticable Politically Correct / SJW base, because even if the original subject of their fandom wasn't that bad to begin with, these fucktards will turn everything into shit.

Current FF community on Steam is mostly composed of "fans" gathering there, whining for "port this other other game now", 60 fps and 4k support for such games at every opportunity, is the stupid elitist move I could not stand reading there.

Somewhat more relevantly, the Sonic fanbase. Nothing wrong with Sonic, but the American pubescent fanbase have a deeply fucked up idea of sex thanks to the fact that the abstinence-only bullshit their school has 'taught' them has left them with no idea as to what normal even is.

Kinda sad that they'd take characters that are supposed to be terrifying and turn them into something that they could cuddle up to. Speaks of an abusive and lonely childhood... But at least the resultant artwork isn't something you'd feel the need to bleach from your brain.
