Almost zero if the originals never had offline LAN support, if the publisher/developer didn't see it important to support back then, there is practically no way they would implement it now.

Unfortunately not very. Beyond the trend of devs leaving out LAN (for no good reason), I have observed a trend of Galaxy/third party account being required for multiplayer.
