I am curious to know if you can make a complaint via email about a seller being a twat?

Bought a 2xCD album, it came in a single disc case. Both CD's rubbed each other to the point of not playing. So I asked the seller if he knew about it and I got nothing but patronising insults.

i guess that seller is an active gog forum member. tthis is the perfect place to learn nothing but patronising insults.
