I am curious to know if you can make a complaint via email about a seller being a twat?

Bought a 2xCD album, it came in a single disc case. Both CD's rubbed each other to the point of not playing. So I asked the seller if he knew about it and I got nothing but patronising insults.

I object. You can also learn snide remarks and how to post passive aggressive posts. Not to mention derision and sarcasm.
Truly, the GOG forums are an excellent place to educate yourself on how to speak (down) to people.

yep , you're right. but notice that i still didn't learn how to speak down to people, when replying to them and admitting that they're right.

Well, if you're lucky you might also get some racism and homophobic slurs.

Wouldn't Twitter or Youtube be better if that's what you're looking for?

Maybe OP should just visit the Steam Forums... all of the aforementioned plus a bunch of lazy "yo momma"-jokes and agry teenagers for free. :P

Playing Counter strike is an alternative, although the insults are either in Russian or/and really repetitive.
