A new shape has appeared on GOG.COM’s space radar to celebrate the beginning of our Summer Sale. Metro Exodus is an action-packed FPS game based on the best-selling novels from Dmitry Glukhovsky.

In the year 2036, a quarter-century after nuclear war devastated the earth, a few thousand survivors still cling to existence in the tunnels of the Moscow’s Metro. As Artyom, you must flee the underground shelter and lead a band of refugees on a continent-spanning journey across post-apocalyptic Russia aboard the Aurora, a heavily modified steam locomotive.

Until the end of Summer Sale - 15th June, 1 PM UTC - Metro Exodus is available on GOG.COM with a 50% discount.
Finally!
Exodus looks awesome, I'm glad to finally see it here!

Is Deep Silver in control of the Dead Island series? If anyone who can pull some strings is reading: We still want those games! I would have thought they'd been here quite some time ago.
Hey, isn't this the one where the entire gaming world went out of its gourd because of a switch from Steam exclusive to Epic exclusive? Nice to see it show up here; I'm hoping that the end result of the distributor wars is that AAA publishers are more willing to do broad multi-platform releases. That way everybody gets the games they want in the format they want, everybody wins.

Instant Buy!!!!!!!!!!

I like where GOG is going with the AAA games, thanks and keep em coming ;)
just a little over a year old and already here. I wonder if the Twitter backlash had enough of an effect to get the game here, or if it would have showed up regardless.

In any case, very happy it's here now!

SarahGabriella: Publishers see more and more that GOG really is a great sales platform. They see that DRM is not something they need to make money from game sales, DRM free is a way, and its the best way in my opinion.
I do think DRM-free is not the issue it once was, at least for semi-old releases; my concern is more about GOG maintaining and increasing their market share as they secure fewer exclusives than in the past. Some publishers may not care about DRM much but may also not bother with GOG b/c they don't make much money here, sadly. Fingers-crossed the DRM-free big-name releases keep happening though (and Galaxy 2 and other innovations may help with that)!

We are getting some pretty great new games. That will only increase over time. You see what kinda games are coming to GOG now, newer and from a few years back. Titles you didnt think they would ever get on here. I never thought they get XCOM 2 for example and yet there it is.
Boy if I just would've known that it will be on gog so soon...

I threw my money at Tim Sweeney because if DRM is inevitable, I couldn't care less on which stupid DRM-platform I'll have to play it.

Thanks gog and Deep Silver. Next time I promise I'll be more patient.
Bought Metro Franchise Bundle, Metro 2033 was one of the best games I've ever played when I was a college kid, unfortunately the old 2033 non redux doesn't run properly but just to support DRM free release and a surprise one with instant Denuvo trash removal from all stores this is a good move, hope they keep this going forward but I don't think any game will get such treatment.

So for those who want to experience the true Metro, just pirate the 2033 and Last Light Originals that's the only way, even Steam has removed them, I have 2033 due to free giveaway but I would rather enjoy a no activation release anytime. I wish GOG had the originals also with the Redux versions, a missed opportunity.

One of the few game IPs which are non pozzed. Keep it going.
Metro exodus makes my PC VERY VERY HOT!
Awesome news, I'll be happy to re-buy this and grab the Season Pass....

Wait a minute, where's the Ukrainian localization?

I concur, I'd like to see Dead Island here! Maybe GOG doesn't want to bring it because multiplayer would be gutted or Techland is too busy with Dying Light 2, but I still hope it shows up someday.

Hi, so what about game, does it work normal? I'm asking, because on some sites people write that Exodus don't work properly, because gamedevs doesn't disabled "antipirate technology" right...
I got it on Epic Store a while back. Not without its problems (on Epic at least) but really is a very good game all the same.
Great news for the F*ck DRM Team! Although this one crashed hard on my PC from the Xbox Game Pass...

I have the same problem with the XGP version of the game. It crash A LOT.

Few days ago I installed Epic Store Client on my Linux machine via Lutris and I don't have the crashes I have in the XGP version.

Now, I wonder if they fixed the night vision bug on CASPIAN chapter that makes the enemy spot you when you are using the night vision googles while you are crouched..
