A new shape has appeared on GOG.COM’s space radar to celebrate the beginning of our Summer Sale. Metro Exodus is an action-packed FPS game based on the best-selling novels from Dmitry Glukhovsky.

In the year 2036, a quarter-century after nuclear war devastated the earth, a few thousand survivors still cling to existence in the tunnels of the Moscow’s Metro. As Artyom, you must flee the underground shelter and lead a band of refugees on a continent-spanning journey across post-apocalyptic Russia aboard the Aurora, a heavily modified steam locomotive.

Until the end of Summer Sale - 15th June, 1 PM UTC - Metro Exodus is available on GOG.COM with a 50% discount.
The gamecard says "achievements", but I don't see any?!

Finally it's released on a store it should've been released on to begin with.

Again I am overjoyed that this game; in spite of it being a denuvo-infected title could ever make it over here! Now I will have the entire metro game collection! Thank fuck I never bought the steam version, and have removed it from my steam wishlist!

The fact that this; prey, and Deus EX MD are currently at steam infected with denuvo makes this an incredible acquisition on GoG's part; thanks again GoG and the respective game's publishers!

Will do a deal with you GOG, you pay me the £35 and I might (only might) take this away.
Now THAT's what I'm talkin' about.
This is a complete shock! I never expected to see this here so soon. I love 2033 and Last Light, so yes please and thank you. :)
Just a few days ago I wanted to complain that DeepSilver (Part of THQNordic/ Embracer, BTW; but they didn´t changed as much as hoped) are currently a huge disappointment in terms of DRM-freeness. But now I cannot be angry anymore...
Awesome! I'm guessing the Epic thing wasn't working out that well. Most people prefer buying on Steam and GOG after all.

My oh my! Thank you, GOG & Deep Silver! Instant purchase.

EDIT: Just in case someone at Deep Silver is reading the feedback on these forums. Look, it's very simple, gamers aren't that demanding. Don't alienate a portion of your target audience. Launch your awesome game on all platforms simultaneously and let the buyer decide which platform suits him best. If it's EPIC, then it's EPIC. If it's Steam, then it's Steam. If it's GOG, then let it be GOG.
Don't leave us in the post-apocalyptic cold at launch with the next hypothetical Metro game.

The year of exclusivity was up. Developers and publishers are still taking advantage of it. Valve made it so that if any of them do, then they can't squat on Steam for the year and freely promote their game, however.
We got some nice AAA releases this year. Hopefully Gog can go on like that and finally erase this faulty timeline that started with the invention of Steam.
This is absolutely fantastic. Keep them coming.
I am shocked!

It seems that Deep Silver is trying to get the redemption for the last year's Epic Sin .. And is working...
