Impossible is nothing. If not fun!

Impossible Creatures, an outrageous RTS that lets you "mesh" around with animal DNA and build your own mutant army, DRM-free on GOG.com. Get it now with the 40% launch discount.

Noah put two of every animal in the Ark. This was cool at the time, but now along comes Rex Chance, a '30s war correspondent, curious to see what happens when you smush two animals into one. Why? Because DNA fusion is fun, and because he thinks there is great untapped potential in these strange pairings. Unfortunately, so does Upton Julius, the megalomaniac villain who stole the mysterious Sigma technology for himself, and is now threatening to conquer the world with his own army of mutant beasts.

Collect animal DNA, build your own unique units, and defeat Julius and his evil lieutenants in 15 different maps stretching across jungles, deserts and snow-ridden landscapes that make up the mysterious Isla Variatas. Create your own menacing winged scorpion, adorable kangaroo-shark, angry horned bear or any other Impossible Creature you desire - the possible combinations are only limited by your own imagination (or gross-out threshold). Then, go online and test your DNA-fusing skills against other wannabe-mad scientists in three different multiplayer modes.

Play God in this 3D hybrid of strategy and creativity, as your Impossible Creatures march forward, DRM-free on GOG.com. Get them now with a launch discount that will last until next Thursday, December 3rd, 1:59 PM GMT.

JudasIscariot: Any word on whether we'll ever see Cold Zero: The Last Stand? :P

I remember playing that game and I always thought it never got the appreciation it deserved :)
Yes, you are right and I wanted to re-release that but it has some serious problems with modern graphic cards and systems.

Licurg: You work at Nordic ? If so - any chance for Harbinger to come to GOG ?

Ah, that's too bad :( While it's not the most impressive game in terms of graphics, it certainly was quite good in the gameplay department :) Here's hoping you'll be able to get it working :)

Well, for its time it was quite ok graphically. Back then it failed because it was 3D and 2D still looked more beautiful.
Havent heard about this game either but
this game from the description and the screnshots kinda reminds me about spore.
And spore was awesome, ive also read that some people consider this game was a cult classic so on to the whishlist
it goes.

tinyE: BTW looks fantastic and runs super smooth.
We put a lot of effort into the remaster especially to make multiplayer work and connectivity super smooth.
Wait wait wait....not so fast.

I just tried to combine a beaver with a duck, make it warm blooded and yet lay eggs.

The game told me that was too 'impossible' even for a computer game.
Seeing that the campaign depended on the selected mod got me exiceted for a sec, but turns out if you want to play the campaign you must have the vanilla version running? And there are no other campaigns. That's too bad.
Are these mods compatible with the Gog version ?

?
Gorky Zero: Beyond Honor thats from JoWooD Entertainment ?
i remember it now, seemed to be a fpp or at least a heavy 3d game, too bad cause i really liked the orginal Gorky 17 better especially when Gorky 17 came out and my old gpu would render it properly cause now it has to render uglier then the graphics were meant to be, they dont look like the originals i saw when i ran it on my old pc and videocard.

The Sting! : seemed to be using some 3d like engine or so.

There was The Clue (Der Clou! in german) also on amiga cd32 i have the disc/cd somewhere lying around
The Clue was more adventure like then the 3d like game of the sting, looked more like an action game then carefully planning stuff.
The music was not that nice , a bit irritating so that was turned down or off.

I'm confused.. I thought Relic was owned by Sega?

Is this game just a separate entity owned by Nordic or is there a chance the rest of Relic's games are coming here?

(also noted it was originally published by Microsoft, but I doubt that means anything now)
