Smannesman: Should anyone have a KS key and for whatever reason is not interested in redeeming it him/herself, I'm willing to trade for it. ;)
This actually makes me realize that unclaimed KS D:OS codes have suddenly become more valuable than before: they can get both the old (+ Source Hunter DLC) and the new EE game while everyone that buys the game from now on will only get the EE. Should be able to ask more than for the regular EE price for a KS code :)
so i noticed game now require dx 11 card... too bad, another nono game for me:( or can i buy at least original (non enhanced) version on gog?

No, you can't. It is gone from the catalogue.

Don't know why, but this game seems really intimidating. I want to play it, I just have a hard time starting it up.

JudasIscariot: It comes with the HD version :)
Are you saying if I buy the Enhanced Edition, the original version comes with it? So by purchasing this, two games are added to my shelf (original version and enhanced version)?

I don't have first hand knowledge (can't believe I haven't bitten on this one yet!) but I'm fairly certain that's the case.

I hope you get the definitive answer soon!

Ah sorry. I was reading the Pathologic HD thread when I jumped into this one and wrote that answer :/

According to Grargar's post, this is not the case. Buying the Enhanced Edition only gives you only the Enhanced Edition, not the original.

Yeah, I figured as much, just wanted to double check.

Wow bummer! I was going off the posts of people who HAD the original edition and RECEIVED (for free, without purchasing) the Enchanced Edition - and just sort of assumed it went in reverse as well.

So, as someone who hasn't grabbed this one yet, but is going to - is there a reason for me to want the original edition or is the enchanced pretty much *it* in terms of gameplay? Keep in mind I don't usually replay big RPGs multiple times (I know, I know, what kind of genre fan am I?). Have any gameplay systems, quests or mechanics hit the chopping block? Is there maybe an ingame "toggle" to play the game as the original edition?
How much longer until the update for the GoG version? I can't play with my Steam friend because his received an update to the game while GoG users haven't. :/

More than likely, tomorrow.

I'm assuming this is the same update that was on Steam today?

Admittedly this is exactly why I bought it on Steam. To guarantee updates.
