My gosh. What did you do that they demoted you to THIS position?

I'll be amazed if you actually do anything, but maybe you can actually be the savior we've needed for ages.
Just looking at this thread alone shows you some of the problems with this place.

Two people you could potentially do something about are Tauto and Regals. The entire community will tell you this and there's countless pages upon pages of proof all of us could provide on the months and months worth of abuse and harassment that Tauto's doled out on this place (do I even need to tell you about how he's stalked me, tinyE, Phaolo, and other members across multiple threads spamming expletives, insults, and racial slurs?) as well as Regals' constant trolling (the account was made almost specifically to harass longtime user tinyE) here. I advise you contact tinyE for more information. Somebody should direct him to this thread/to you.

And yes, PLEASE, if at ALL possible, get rid of this miserable rep system. It's been wrecked for years and been nothing but trouble.

When can we usually reach you? Only during Polish work hours on workdays or also at nights and week-ends to get stuff done?
