Not in, but the first thing that comes to mind of at least half the population of Czech Republic and Slovakia when you say Poland is most probably the maxed out Speech / Persuasion / Trading skills of Polish traders (even though this particular ad was banned after complaints from the Polish embassy). ;P

To clarify and make a very long story short, Poland is another country that says male victims don't exist and don;t offer assistance t them. That's a PC view.
