Strange. I did suspect people were getting different versions of certain games as people were posting. For example, some people claimed to have gotten the Redux! version of Skyshine's BEDLAM whereas others were posting the Deluxe Edition. I only got one Skyshine's BEDLAM from pinatas but it shows the Soundtrack, Deluxe Edition, and Redux! versions as being 'owned' by me - that's why I assumed it was the Deluxe Edition because it contains both the base game (Redux!) and Soundtrack.
So after mulling around for a while, I finally decided to buy one tonight. Figured I'd give it one shot. There were a few games I wanted, but the one I wanted most was Shadow Warrior 2.
Lucky me, that's what I ended up getting. SUPER happy about that!
I got a game I don't see on the list:

The Adventures of Willy Beamish

I could only afford one as I got laid off on Monday... got Victor Vran. -_-

IAmSinistar: Now that the Great Piñata is in flames, is it revealed to actually be a burro version of The Wicker Man? And is that Judas inside, screaming? ^_^

DeadFishEye: For some reason it is more attractive to buy now.
Yes, now that the pagan sacrifice of our internet dollars have all been turned into confetti and stuffed into the Wicker Burriñata, the lords of Gog have seen fit to cast a spell of bounteous longing... upon all who would see the sacrificial conflagration! "I must feed...more...of my wallet...INTO THE FLAMES!"
"Maybe the pinata spirits will reward me, and find my devotion pleasing!!!"
Well, gave in another time, but last this time for sure... got enter the gungeon.
After being officially done with buying pinatas here's what i got:
Shadow Warrior 2013 - had it on steam from free humble giveaway, haven't played it yet, is cool drop.
Skyshine Bedlam - reviews say its not a very good game but we'll see, seems interesting enough.
Anno 1602 - Not the Anno game I wanted but I haven't played any of them so still pretty nice.
Heroes of Might and Magick 4 - Already got Homm3 but I remember this one was different enough.
Brothers A tale of two sons - Nice.
At this point I think I'm done, but I read in the forum that there are a few new games(before gog announcement) so I try once more:
Cossacks 3 - I remember playing one of the previous one a bit when I was a kid. Definitely checking this one out.
And then comes the gog restock and given my decent run I can't help myself so - Once more unto the breach and all that:
Anno 1404 - Now we're talking!
Meridian Squad 22 - Never heard of it. Checked store page out. Looks pretty cool.
1954 Alcatraz - First real dud. Have it already on steam (though I totally forgot I have it) , but I guess now I have incentive to play it. XD

So all in all, Brothers and 1404 are the only games I would have bought eventually, but I really don't mind getting those other ones. I'm content with my purchases. :)

Manouche: I could only afford one as I got laid off on Monday... got Victor Vran. -_-
That is unfortunate to hear... Victor Vran is a pretty nice game though. It looks a bit superficial at first glance, but it plays really well and the narration is also well done.
I got

Heroes 4 (the one HOMM I haven't played)
Capitalism II
Brothers - a tale of 2 sons (don't know much about this)
Her Story (looks terrible; I wouldn't have bought this)
Strong Bad (from before Telltale got formulaic - looks fun)
War for the Overworld (looks like a new Dungeon Keeper)
This war of Mine (again, don't know much about)
Shadow Warrior 2

So, other than Her Story, I'm pretty happy with this.

You may not see it explicitly in the OP listing, but the main "list" is accessible by link, courtesy of Onsdag.
There's a few older, now outdated lists floating around in the thread, but he (?) has been doing an excellent job compiling the most recent, comprehensive list and stats (based off of everyone's posts in this thread) here:
Pinata_Final
Thanks so much for your diligent efforts, Onsdag!! We are in your debt.

As for me, I've gotten Shattered Haven, and (apparently right around the same time as Manouche!) Enter The Gungeon.
Neither of which I'd have ever considered buying, (indeed I even already knew about the latter, and was hoping not to get it) ...but know that I've taken a closer look, I must admit they seem both more enticing than I first imagined when they popped up.
Not usually much for puzzles or roguelites, and definitely not into the bullet hell scene, but who knows? The reviews are good, and admittedly, two of my all-time favorites are The Swapper and FTL...so if they're really done well perhaps I will like them!

I wonder if I can actually pull the trigger once (or twice, max) more, though, and actually get something that I WOULD want to buy haha...

The Guild 2

I just bought 3 Pinatas :

Warlords Battlecry 3
Skyshine's BEDLAM Redux!
King's Bounty: Crossworlds GOTY
I got Kyn, Beyond Good & Evil, Titan Quest Anniversary Edition, Cossacks 3 and Banished.

None of these games where on my radar but I like to gamble!
Today I got:

Kim
Political Animals
Serious Sam's Bogus Detour

I'm very content, maybe it was my best draw so far. Kim and Political Animals were on my wishlist and Serious Sam's Bogus Detour looks like it could be fun as well.
Two more games for me:

Anno 1404. Not my cup of tea, however I'll keep it and give it a try. It is possible that I won't play it much, however.

Cossacks 3. Seems a good game, but definitely not for me. On the refund line.

My hand is itching for another pinata but that's that for me. Bought 4 games, interested in only 1 of them and keeping 2 of them (Avadon and Anno 1404). A bit unlucky, something that it was to be expected. Nevertheless, that was fun, I knew the risk involved and if I could absolutely not spend any money, then I wouldn't. After all I get the chance to play two games that otherwise I'd probably ignore!
