I put a link to Onsdag's list up by the top of the first post of this thread.

He's been more able to keep track than I have, so that should make keeping up with things easier.

There are supposed to be over 200 games available now . . . but most of them are not something I'm interested in, so I'm pretty much done with the Pinatas as the odds are stacked way against me now :(

Corwim: Last Pinata sale, I asked them whether they would consider taking the games that didn't interest me out of my account in exchange for store credit, and they replied 'no problem'. I think that's a rather fair solution, I don't get a bunch of games on my shelves I'll never play, while GOG gets to keep my money. :-) Not sure they'll have the same approach this time around, but even if they don't, I know it's a bit of gambling going on and I had my fun in the end.

Getcomposted: The official Pinata thread had a blue replying somewhere that Pinatas are definitely included in their Money Back guarantee. So they're fine with refunds.
As I stated previously though, I do see Pinatas as gambling, and I'll take the bad with the good. Unless it's a dupe, at which point I'll ask for Wallet credit, I keep it.
The only instances I can think of in which I would "return" a game I didn't own was if I had a moral objection to the game (yeah, right!), or if I was absolutely certain I wouldn't play a game. So far, none of the "duds" have fulfilled the criteria.
But, some people don't see it as a form of gambling, or may not have the funds to keep the games. Fair play to them if GOG are okay with it (which they are).
Ah, thanks for that bit of information!
Totally respect your opinion, and yes this is a form of gambling indeed as I definitely knew I could end up with games I didn't like. :-) I will still be keeping the games I probably never would have picked up but have a remote interest in (looking at eg Pilot Brothers 3 here ;-) ). As for the ones I don't even like the genre of, for me it has to do with GOG's stance on this: if they are ok with refunds, why should I feel bad about asking for one? :-) When last Pinata sale I asked for a transfer of the money for the games I didn't want to my GOG wallet, the guy from customer service not only said no problem, he offered himself to transfer the money back to my credit card without me asking for it. To that I said no thank you, I'm grateful enough already that the transfer to my GOG wallet was possible at all and I will gladly spend that on other games here on the site. So for me, that shows, GOG is absolutely fine with refunds during this type of sale. In the end I still will have spend more money here this weekend then I would have if it were a regular weekly sale. But again, that's my opinion, totally understand your point of view as well.

Meant to update a post.

I've seen that some duplicates are starting to work their way into things again, so if anyone gets a duplicate of these feel free to drop me a Chat note to see if we can work out a trade:

Big Pharma
Crawl
Darkest Dungeon
Democracy 3: Africa
Drox Operative
Everything
Expeditions: Viking
Homeworld Remastered Collection
Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak
Homeworld: Emergence
King's Bounty: Crossworlds GOTY
King's Bounty: Dark Side
King's Bounty: Warriors of the North
Kona
Memoranda
Nex Machina
Obduction
Pillars of Eternity: Hero Edition
Pinstripe
RiME
STRAFE
Tahira: Echoes of the Astral Empire
The Sexy Brutale
The Walking Dead: Michonne
Thimbleweed Park
Tyranny - Commander Edition
We Are The Dwarves
Maybe it was my lucky day but I bougth just 2 (two) pinatas and found

- Tyranny Archon Edition
- Blackguards Special Edition

the second is not exactly my kind of game but I'll give it a shot :)
So in the end I spent just 5.38 Euros for two games that are worth like 10 times more (22,99 Blackguards+21.99 Tyranny when discounted, normal price is 54.99).
Not bad, not bad at all :D
Alright, since it seems they've re-added all games that had been removed then I've gone ahead and merged both lists together. The current list therefore reflects all games and titles reported in this thread as having been received from pinatas since the beginning of the event. It should be accurate up to this post.

There may still be some games not available. I am getting duplicates now but I got neither Nex Machina nor Full Throttle Remastered.

I've purchaed all 105 games that I didn't have when the sale started. I've been able to get eveything except:

Full Throttle Remastered
Nex Machina
Risen 3: Titan Lords

And now I'm getting duplicates because the "buy" button won't change to "gift"
So I'm assuming they ran out of those games, plus others, and their system cant predict if you will now get duplicates if you have 99% of the games.

What are your duplicates?
I always like to give a chance to random luck when it comes to picking games, stumbled upon some bad shit but it has been mostly positive (sometimes the bad shit is still entertaining or expands my horizons). Looking at the list, with a quick look, I see that 61 of the games on the piñatas spark my interest. I'm sure the list would be bigger if there was a easy way to cross search my "to play" list, but 23% is pretty good odds for me, I'll try one.

Updated:

Little Big Adventures: uh, seems familiar, don't know where I saw it before thought. Looks interesting.

matias1041: 10 Piñata:

Batman: The Telltale Series
Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak
Wasteland 2 Director cut
Shivah, The
Depths of Peril
Metro: Last Light Redux
Alien versus Predator Classic 2000
Homeworld: Emergence
Codename: ICEMAN
Edna & Harvey: Harvey's New Eyes
Wow! that's quite the impressive haul...you seem to have (IMHO) beat the odds quite well!!
I've only bought one pinata so far, but I'm going to buy one or two more I think--Oh man, I hope I can hit one of those rare Homeworld or Wasteland draws!! XD

benang: - Tahira: Echoes of the Astra Empire: Dunno what game it is. But judging from the description and reviews, it's a turn-based strategy/RPG hybrid. And since I'm a big fan of those games, it's a good addition to my library.

IAmSinistar: This is one of the hidden gems on GOG. I backed it on KS and the devs really tried to make the game stand out in a lot of ways.
Seconded!!
I saw the KS for this and was too cash-strapped to engage at the level I wanted, (they had some REALLY cool reward levels, it seemed to me!) but am very excited to see it added to the pinata pool! I hope the game gets a few more fans and a few more reviews as a result--the dev team behind the game seemed very cool from my recollections.
Admittedly, I haven't booted it up myself yet, so I can't comment on the execution, but I still think the ideas behind the game and the art are commendable...this has reminded me to carve out some time for it soon!
Id like to try this but is there anyway to sway the picks towards a certain operating system? These days im more interested in games that can run on more than just windows.

Nice. Okay, I'm sold. Gonna try it now. Thanks.

Unfortunately, the only games that will not appear in your pinata are games which you already own in your GOG library--other than that, it's a pure gamble, you can't specify any preference at all, whether OS or otherwise.
However, if you buy one, open it, and it isn't a game you can run...(or even if you simply decide you don't want it,) you can ask GOG support for a refund, and they will process that for you.

It's worth reiterating, though, that there are some really good deals in the "mega-sale" that's happening at the same time as the whole pinata contest/game--so ultimately that's the way you can "sway your picks" lol. ;P
Received a game I do not see on the list:
Soldiers: Heroes of World War II

Also, looking at the various posts, it seems some people are lucky enough to receive a "better" edition for some titles like Tyranny. (I've seen both Commander and Archon edition specifically mentioned).
The Tyranny I received did not have an edition title, did not seem to have ringtones or forum avatars, just the game (which is fine).

I received Skyshine's BEDLAM Redux! and it definitely is not the Deluxe Edition which some have received (mostly early in the sale).

Wasteland 2 Director's Cut seems to only come with the manual. No soundtracks, wallpaper, or art book; not even the map and reference card! (And does not come with a Wasteland 1 code which isn't surprising)

If any of our forum data trackers need any more specifics regarding what is and isn't included in these "special piñata editions", feel free to PM me about it.
