Still no response. I am applying for a refund. I have bought a lot of content from GOG in the past but never again.
After putting in a request for a refund my request was simply marked "solved" with absolutely no response at all. Still no response to my original question either. This is absolutely disgusting service. I'm pretty sure I'm speaking to myself here now, but hopefully someone else reads this in future when deciding whether or not to give GOG their money.

Agreed. Strange way to run a business.
In the interest of keeping things fair, I have just received a response saying they mistakenly didn't send the responses through to me. I will see how they take things from here, and hopefully things can be sorted without the need for refunds etc. I'd rather the issue solved for everyone rather than just get my money back (to re-spend it on the same game on Steam anyway).
