good to see they updated it so you could get playing. mine just finished updating but not sure if I will get to play it tonight, its just about 21.00 and i have a skype call coming in at 21.30 that could last 2 hours :-(
Wow, that looks like a major update. I'm going to have to try this tonight whether I have the time or not...changing my bedtime to 6am right now.
According to the patch notes, they gave us a slider to make the GUI text bigger. We will see if it is enough for me. I'd like to be able to play it from my couch 8-10ft away on my HDTV.

Sadly I have some work for tonight too :/ Also downloading is weirdly slow . Probably I will it try tomorrow .
Finally updated. Initial impressions:
Unfortunately it looks like there are no new text scaling options. The HUD scaling just lets you make all the different HUD elements (printer,radio, gun, and toolbar) bigger (not individually) and does not effect the text in the mini inventory or in the text bubbles.
The inventory and Character screen is now a lot faster. I may be able to bump the quality up a bit more with whatever they did there.
With all that said I will be hanging the Do Not Disturb sign up now.
1.6gb download. Gonna start another playthrough, eager to see what has improved. Playing this and D:OS alpha atm haha
Wow, I haven't heard that song in a long time.

Cleared the Radio Tower map, and I took a break near the box you have to lockpick...all of a sudden that Boy George Song, "Do you want to hurt me" starts playing. Made me giggle as I didn't know if it was in response to my non activity or killing all those people in that area.

Also, came across a few new bugs...one I reported but need to look into this one again as I am not sure if it was due to my sound card or not. I was playing on the big screen over HDMI, and the sound fx were muted, but environmental and music was still audible. muted the music, but still no Sound FX.
Wow just found out they have included a basic soundtrack called "Wasteland 2 OST - Unmastered Arizona Preview" in the latest update

Nope, I had to report the muted sound. I played the map again on my laptop and same problem...only occasionally would you hear the gunfire, music and environmental sounds still work, and muting music didn't help. I don't remember those sounds missing in the earlier Beta.
I tried all graphic options but all of them are horrible :S Shadowrun Returns an Unity game also but graphics seems billion times better than this :S Looks like 50 years old game . Really I am shocked . Also optimization is awful . It's around 8-14 FPS . Unplayable state for me . My system is :

Intel i5 2410M CPU 2.30 GHZ
Nvidia GT540M 1 GB
8 GB RAM
64-bit Windows 7 .

They are calling it Early Beta but it feels like Early Alpha . I think they will complete this game end of the next year . I backed many Kickstarter projects and tried many betas and alphas but this one maybe most horrible one .

Game really need sharpening or the option to disable the things that make it not that sharp.
Could somebody please tell InXile that they should make their Post-Processing-AA-Filter optional and implement a Resolution Skale Slider for additional HighQuality-sharpening and Antialiasing.

Or, even better, could implement an ingame option for the astonishing SparseGridSuperSampleAntiAlaising!
finally had chance to play after the update yesterday.

left citadel to go to the first area to look for ace, cleared it picked up the repeaters and didnt get a message to call base, tried to load the autosave and it stops responding still, same issue I had before the update :-(
