I have added a new section for crowdfunded games. The rules for this list are:
1) No MMO games.
2) Games not yet released are welcome, cancelled projects are not.
3) Games marked as "in progress" will stay in the list until released.

Please let me know if I missed any games :)

Way more votes should be given to Mafia. It's saddening this isn't in the OPs list!

I've read a lot of good things about that game too! Here is the Wishlist!
Bloodrayne : Betrayal should be added to the GOG catalog. It deserves to be here more than to be on Steam.
Vote for Rayne here : http://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/bloodrayne_betrayal

I don't know what that means but Star Wars: X-Wing Vs. Tie Fighter: Balance Of Power Campaigns which had around 4000 votes disappeared from the wishlist.
Diablo? Diablo?!? Well, there goes my faith in humanity.

That's enough internet for today.

If anything, the fact that the original Diablo has more votes than its sequel somewhat restored my faith in humanity.
Adventure
The Secret of Monkey Island and Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis are released and left the list. Discworld Noir and Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth now entered the list.
Blade Runner now has more votes than Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge.

The No.1 most wished game in this category, Star Wars: X-Wing, is released along with Star Wars: TIE Fighter and Star Wars: X-Wing: B-Wing. They all left the list. The Sims Complete Collection, Star Wars: Rogue Squadron and Star Trek: Bridge Commander entered the list.
Missing stuff, Superior Versions...
Neverwinter Nights: Pirates of the Sword Coast now has more votes than Tomb Raider: Unfinished Business.
Star Wars: TIE Fighter Collector's CD-ROM entered the list, pushing Duke Nukem 3D Kill-a-Ton Collection out.
Errm I think 'Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth' is more of a survival horror / FPS type affair, you might have been thinking of Shadow of the Comet and Prisoner of Ice - they were point and click adventures

(I know 'adventure' is one of the tags but that tag ends up on pretty much everything over there)

this one is very hard to decide. I have read articles claiming this is more adventure/puzzle than shooter and that's why I considered it as one. but I'm open to hearing more opinions as I haven't played the game myself.

I haven't played it myself either, to be fair, it does also say 'story rich'
How would you categorise Realms of the Haunting if it weren't here is maybe the question? (if you've played that?)
