Only one thing to do: drink a cup of coffee.

Nothing happens in or off the World before I have my morning coffee.

(but after that I'll grab a Gwent deck to smash some beasties)
draw mu weapon and save myself
Give up an ear and live under the protection of powerful witches

Go outside and ask random people to play Gwent
I would look for a succubus and engage in a relationship with her, probably hiding ourselves in a flower decorated cave. It would be the sweetest way to die in such a world. Who does agree with me? You're welcome.

I would stock up and get my hands on as much elixir as I could find, stashing them in opportune spots throughout the Realm, start boning up on my swordsmanship, and spend quality time with my steed before saying a prayer to my Ancestors and meeting the vile horde upon the battlefield; my visage a grim mask of resolve and determination.

I'd join the monsters and fuel the destruction!
Just business as usual for me! What, you don't have monsters swarming your lands?
I would get in touch with them to make sure to send them after the bad people which contaminate our planet like cancer, fighting fire with fire and before they might have the same idea to use them against the innocent people.
low rated
Hide under the bed!! No monster gonna look under the bed
I would hide and wait for Witcher 4 release to look for clues how to defeat them :p
I would invite the monsters to a game of gwent and then ask them to play a round of Rogue Mage if I had a copy. Maybe they would fight to get one for me once they are hooked.

My Real self would cower and hide at first and than pull myself together and work on finding my family some place safe and finally help my kind fight the monsters.
My Character self would seek a band of adventurers and house by house, city by city fight to free the world.
The funny thing is, with my luck I'd be one of the poor monsters stuck on this planet with no way out, being constantly chased by hunters and witchers. I'd probably hate it and try to adapt at first, but my good will would eventually wear thin and I'd be forced to become an actual monster.
