You being afraid to say "Merry Christmas" on Christmas Eve is a new low. It is a VERY specific time, a VERY specific holiday and one YOUR background is built on. Especially given you are from Poland it is outrageous. With uch a lack of self-respect do not expect respect from others, whether they appreciate your culture or not. Nobody respect the weak-willed.

Let's see how reluctant you will be to refer to holidays from other cultures, especially with the new lunar year not far from now. Let's see how consistent you are.

It is more inclusive and far less alienating than some alternatives, as many of us are not currently (nor have we ever) been subscribers to certain systems of belief and their associated customs.
What? That is just self-hate for non-existing brownie points. Are you yourself willing to forgo your own beliefs and customs when talking with others just for the sake of "inclusion"? Huh? I do not think you should and neither should GOG go with the Happy Holidays bs. You either have an identity or you don't.

Christmas Eve is very important in Poland. This company is shunning all of which ade people want to support it - they initially boasted how they will stand by their own rules, not give in to pressure etc and they are literally making themselves the literal opposite. I am annoyed, because I have prooted the company over the years over different social media, friends and strangers, and I have supported it in a variety of ways only for it to do 180* a while ago and getting worse in that direction. I just cannot...

And those cultures are not afraid to let others know about their celebrations. For some reason THIS one is always a "problem". Nobody is forcing anyone to join up. It is just about identity and GOG is turning into a whishy-washy... something.

Everyone and their mom is aware of other cultures, but that doesn't mean we should silence our own, you can wish a Happy Christmas while also acknowledging other celebrations "and for those who don't celebrate christmas, happy holidays!" see? pretty easy
