Green_Hilltop: I don't remember seeing a thread where somebody who honestly paid for something on this site didn't get their money or games back when technical issues happened, so I'd honestly recommend closing the Paypal dispute. JuriJ is one of the support guys who handle stuff, so if he's on your case and you close it, you'll get your money or the games back, whichever you decide.

Hmmm.. I can't say I've ever had any issues with paypal when the money was in the balance already vs relying on a card or the bank (
the card or the bank could deny payment for any reason but paypal never did).
Curious... Although I wonder if it's because you are in Japan and there's a currently conversion paypal is doing? I couldn't say...
But yes as others have said, contact support first. You had like 45-60 days to enter a dispute if they fail to do their end of the deal by that point, however I've yet to see that happen. But since you already have the dispute up... well...
