You mean you didn't know at the time? Well, his claim was odd. ZFR pointed out rightfully so that claiming Town Bulletproof instead of Neutral would make more sense. His claim was odd, yes but why would Mafia lie Neutral and not Town? ZFR said that lynching Neutral is more favorable anyway because he can side with Mafia on MYLO (couldn't he side with Town???). I'm not sure it could have gone against you had you place your vote later on (be it Lift, Book or anyone else). Yes, ZFR can be very... persuasive... doesn't mean we had to rush.
But like I said I didn't like that *hasty* hammer, not that I think it's scummy on itself. Another "coincide" hammer post I like even less.

I was wondering the same. I was pretty sure he was scum along with Lift and when Lift flipped Neutral I was basically ready to go with Wyrm right out of the gate on the next Day. I don't understand why the killed him, maybe they copped him on the N1 or picked something up from his posts.

I'm a Town Roleblocker.

I blocked you on Nights 1 and 2. I chose you on N1 as I originally mistook my role as a Jailer and thought you were a good balance between a N1 victim and potential scum considering the different vibe you had about you during D2. I wasn't sure I was the reason the kill didn't go through so I didn't stand up but I did try to throw a little hints that I didn't trust you in case I got offed before claiming.

Then Micro claimed and said you were Town. That still wasn't good enough for me, I knew for a fact that if we have a Doctor and they stopped the kill it was not you and I thought you might be Vanilla, if Town because of they way you said you believed GH's claim. If the real Doctor blocked the kill you as a Cop-confirmed Godfather would have likely been left alone by any potential follower since they wouldn't know better but with my info I figured my best play is to block you again (by this time I was already aware I'm just blocking and not protecting you) since you'd be the best scum to go about the kill while I wasn't hitting the potential Doctor.

Micro got killed and flipped as Macho Cop which effectively confirmed that we do have a Doctor so there was no reason to think I prevented the first kill anymore. Additionally Lift didn't have a reason to lie about soaking the N1 kill so all in all I got a pretty much sure-fire information you're not scum Godfather. If you are, your choices have outsmarted me, good job.

On N3 I thought of blocking Wyrm as he was my main pick for scum but then I considered the fact that he is likely next go after Lift and if he is scum and knows he's suspected he isn't likely to go about the kill and get caught by some follower. My next targets were Catte and Flub. I thought Flub is the less likely to be the Doctor so I went after him.

That's why I said it makes no sense to me that you know he's likely Town but then I remembered you got cleared by Micro and figured out a way how you might know that (which also may work with your last response with slight tuning).


As I said back then to Joe - the game isn't exactly like it was listed in that sign-up post.

I admit this played into Lift being Neutral. I thought Pooka gave him Ascetic.

And if that wasn't the case, I tried my best to give the impression that I had no idea a Mafia blocker exists. D2 I tried to get him out of hiding, and D3 I pretended to think Mafia could be blocker-less. I hope me acting like this is the reason Mafia didn't block me N3.

Night 3: Tracked dedo. Visited flub.

And this is what I was looking into when I asked for mass claim. I strongly suspected dedo at this point. There is just too much PRs for Town now. I absolutely never believed at this point Town Blocker exists.

No way Pooka keeps so many roles from the original setup, but removes Blocker from Mafia and gives it to Town.

No way, absolutely no way, a sane Blocker blocks a cop-cleared Townie. I absolutely don't believe it he'd think Godfather is doing the kill.


And the reason I think flub is very likely Town. if dedo flips Blocker he's practically Town confirmed.

I hoped dedo claims Vanilla. The fact he decided to go for the truth might mean they did get Rolecop (to compensate Tracker and Neutral?) and so he knew Bookwyrm and myself, and this is why he guessed why I Town-read flub.

And I thought you were supposed to be the smart one.

Let me ask you this. Say I'm scum. Why would we kill Micro instead me blocking him and leave both him and you without any sort of confirmation? Also, why would I block you twice and not three times if I'm scum? I know you're not the Doctor, the Cop or whatever else that makes sense for scum to throw away a perfectly good block?

Sure. Just remember that you were cleared by Micro but his flip was only available on D3 to confirm the whole thing. Before that there was no confirmation of anything just like how there wasn't with Lift's claim. The fact that you think something should be played in a specific way doesn't mean someone else doesn't think another strategy is better. By the way you can also go back and check since when I started saying I don't think you're the Godfather and see if that doesn't line up with what I say I did.

Anyway, I thought you were going to say you're some JOAT with 1 shot Role cop and that's why you played dumb when I said you should be able to guess what I am without giving it away but you were trying to trick me :) Probably the same way you were trying to trick a scum Roleblocker on D2 when you asked for a Town Roleblocker to claim the save so you can step up on your high horse and said you were blocked instead but that maybe wouldn't have went that great considering we did end up having a Doctor and ultimately he likely didn't even prevent the kill. Fun times :)
