The stuff I would like to see:
1a. The ability to download all of the free content via GOG downloader along with the game and then have the GOG downloader cycle through all the items in the queue.
2. Pay with an American Express. The mark of a good company is one that offers all reasonable payment options.
3. All early Bioware games.
4. All the old school LucasArts adventures.
5. The entire Origin Systems catalog.
6. The entire Black Isle catalog.
7. All the old Interplay titles.

In the game description page a good addition to the list of details such as release date and so on would be a MOBYGAMES link to the Mobygames page of that game.

Considering Mobygames is beginning to be the IMDB for games, it would be VERY useful.
Just my opinion.

I don't know if it was mentionned before but...
languages packs are IMO a good idea for those who don't understand english.
Especially for RPGs, where dialogs are a very important part of the game (Fallout, for instance...)

I'm sure this has been mentioned already, but perhaps revamping the games wishlist so it's alphabetical order?
Would make it much easier to find games, and obviously the top rated games are going to get votes because they're the easiest to find.
I know you meant well having the newest adds to the list show up first, but it's confusing and despite the search function we all know a lot of people on the interwebs don't use search.

Google Checkout. It's as handy as Paypal and less evil (and I believe has slightly lower charges, or much lower charges if you also advertise with them).
BTW - just joined. I've been waiting for you to do this for about 10 years. Thanks. Great website too, lack of Google Checkout payment option is the only downside so far.

Hi everyone.
I'm really interested by the principle of gog.com, but I have 2 problems :
- I use linux and want to be sure a game will work before I go through buying and downloading it
- I'm not a native-english speaker.
Worse, I like playing in my language (french) since it's more convenient, more nostalgic (I played nearly every game I ever had in french) and sometimes better than the english version (there are many good old non-english-designed games like Little Big Adventure : Relentless, Alone in the dark, The Nomad Soul... yeah, they all have english names and probably good english versions, but they were written by french people). Even worse, I'm the only one in my family understanding english well enough for gaming ; same thing with most of my friends : great for multiplayer with non-translated games...
So :
+1 for linux version or at least wine compatibility list/icon/instructions
+1 for multi-language support

I'd like to offer another suggestion and say perhaps we can have some of the old school bbs games like Legend of the Red Dragon and that one where you build up your forces and can nuke each other?
Both text based games but fun, to be sure. I think this might foster a sense of community. There would be alliances, sworn enemies all that good stuff.
Just a thought since this is a site dedicated to retro gaming.

A non credit card payment method like paysafecard ( www.paysafecard.com) would be great.
(Paysafecard is simply a code you can buy in many petrol station's , post offices, super markets ,etc. You just enter the code and the product is paid for, very simple to use :) )

I would also like that. I have sent gog support an email suggestion alternative payment methods (paysafecard or sms) and i still haven't received an answer from their part. I would be really great if they adopted paysafecard.
