Did a match day come and go? I apologise for my absence. Things around here have been a bit hectic of late.

iipp0 and I are gonna take a stab at it on Friday.

Well the lizards are raking in the spp today with a 0-3 win over the gobs. It was a bloody match with lost of injuries and even more kos (that recovered only to be koed again) but thanks to two eary in the half scores and some bad luck on my part I lost all my weapons by turn 10 and just couldn't deal with five sarus and a krox.

I got close to scoring twice but nuffle had other ideas so ether nobody could pick up the ball or a stunty couldn't get out of 1 tz. All in all it was a good match

pogopuschel and myself just finished our game.
Playing in sweltering heat was deadly for her team, game ended in 2-0 for the lucky Amazons.

Darkies vs High elfies -> 3-0 for the dark side.

Nobody got hurt. Plently blocking, but the worst that happened was fireball that killed my player - whom apo luckily saved - yet again. So no CAS for either team, sweltering heat did reduce few players though.

Nuffle was rather one handed today - while i got, i think three extra RR, Zeta had very bad dice with dodging and gfi's - looked like around half of those 5/6 chances failed. Could also be that Nuffle gave me particularly few 1's, so it looked even more - well, lucky.

Had it not been for Nuffle, no idea how it would have gone. Elves vs elves, you never know how all that agility can turnout it with more even nuffle.

The game was very bloodless, but intensely cruel to me today.

That being said, I had been hoping the break would re-invigorate my spirits for Blood Bowl, but alas, it's not working.

It's turning into even more of a chore to play week after week. Because of this, I'm leaving the league after this season for an indefinite hiatus. Couldn't tell ya when/if I'm coming back.

It will be sad to see you step away but understandable, its a game and its supposed to be fun if you aren't having fun then why play. Hopefully after a while away the itch will come back and you can recapture what made it fun again.

Aside: Speaking of fun games I've recently found a new favorite: Sentinels of the Multiverse, its also available digitally on steam, I prefer my games on the table with the exception of Blood Bowl though (way too expensive, especially if I want to play multiple teams).

The Amn Shadows were soundly handed their first lost of the season by The Rotten Clawmatoes 0-2. Nuffle was not with me this game buy it can't be with you every game (though it can be against you every game) It was an enjoyable match, one MNG for me and two for the Nurgle.

Now than never is the best chance to lure newbies in!

..and My match vs Fnord ended 4:0 fpr the Skaven... I could tell my Guys its ok to be a punshinball but sometimes you need to pick up a ball and run to the endfield....
