bansama: http://www.gamersgate.com/offers
Deals range from 10% off to 70% off. Some of them may be for today only, but GG don't make that too clear. The actual deals on offer may also vary depending on region. The list for me shows:
Civilization IV Complete Edition EU
Condemned - Criminal Origins
Hearts of Iron 3
Hearts of Iron 3
Hero's Tale Enhanced Edition
Light of Altair
Medieval 2 Total War Gold Edition
Risen
Ship Simulator 2006
Ship Simulator 2006 Addon
Ship Simulator 2008
Ship Simulator 2008 Collectors Edition
Ship Simulator 2008 New Horizons Addon
Tropico 3
Zombie Driver
Ship Sim 2006 is listed as Non-US only. Civ 4 is the EU version and Hearts of Iron 3 is listed twice =/

Holy ship ... simulator!
it appears that the super amazing game for D2D (at least for the UK) is Batman Arkham Asylum for 50% off (£17.50) and is only valid for the next 11 hours or so. It's apparently available world wide.

Tserge: Erm, the Prince of Persia: sands of time trilogy are on sale on Steam too.
Are the sequels any good? I've only played the 1st in the trilogy , bought from GoG of course.

I hated Warrior Within utterly. Try the demo.
I didn't play Two Thrones, and because I hated Warrior Within so much, I never will.
GamersGate have added more offers:
The Guild Universe 50% off
Section 8 50% off
Painkiller Universe 50% off
Gothic Universe 50% off
Edit:
More games added:
Command and Conquer Red Alert 3 20% off
Command and Conquer Red Alert 3 Uprising 20% off
Both are NA only.
Dead Space and Crysis Warhead are also supposedly on sale on GamersGate (NA only) but I cannot access the store pages for either to see the pricing or percentage -- and neither title is appearing in the site search for me either.

Plane Scape Torment is now being offered for 9.89 GBP from Sendit.com. This is a new release apparently as they have the release date of 11/20/09. It's on sale for today only per my email. To ship to me in US it was $20.18. I thought that was pretty good.
Now if I can only get it to play when I get it...
Sandlot's free game of the week is Snail Mail.

Catshade: Dawn of Discovery $34.99
NA. only
RIddick, Quantz and Mirrors Edge are the only decent ones in the sale today really. And Riddick *may* have had it's regional restrictions removed.
That said, I'm tempted by Section 8 but I hear the SP part of it is very short, which is holding me back.

lackoo1111: NA. only

Not on Steam it isn't. It's $34.99 for us too. I can't check other regions right now as Valve still haven't set up decent bandwidth to handle everyone wanting to look at the store.

Seems like Atari is slowly "opening up", so to speak.
