Planescape Torment. I know it's already been told, but here it is again : Planescape Torment. Just the greatest game ever.
Oh, and the Grand Prix Series by Microprose.

I agree on Planescape I missed that one and would love to play it now.

Terminal Velocity. I played that a lot on our 486. I'm not sure, but I think there were a sequel of sorts (or just another version?) called Fury 3 that looked nearly identical to Terminal Velocity.

Don't know if someone had mentioned them in the intervening 60+ pages this monster of a thread is but here are my votes:
A-10 Attack (Who still remembers thier callsigns and the way the pilot said "ouch"?)
The Journeyman Project 1,2 &3 ( I can't believe I'm gonna say this but I miss Arthur)
Total Distortion (This brings back alot of MTV memories)
Damage Incorporated ( any of these Marathon-based shootes would be awesome since im assuming the original Marathon's have already been mentiond)
Uncharted Waters ( im almost positive this was ported to PC)

very small update, but I totally forgot about Rebel Assault I & II. I'd love to play those again.
