I'm not sure what is going on with LIft, he is usually an active participant and knew the game was about to start. Whatever it is I would say if he has not shown up by tomorrow evening I would replace him as it will be a problem if you don't .

Since Wyrm raised it in the game thread, Lift's last post here was about 38 hours ago. There is no indication he is absent as a strategic move. No one seems to have RL info about him. The options as I see it:

1) Proceed with the day with the players at hand, and just let Lift accrue penalties that apply if/when he does appear.
2) Bring in Yogs as a substitute (with no penalty).
3) Put the game on hold for a set period to see if he turns up.

I would not advocate 3, thus would recommend either 1 or 2.

Trent seems to be voting a combination of 1 and 2.
Though notable that based on the post of Wyrm's Lift was responding to, it's possible he didn't think the game would start until later in the day yesterday. So he might imagine he's only been absent about 22-28 hours.

If yogs has to be a replacement he should not suffer any penalty either.
